I’ve had this chair for a month now - I love it! I work from home and have used it daily - It’s super comfy, I love the adjustable sides, my dog loves to take naps on it and we are both happy! I am plus size and definitely recommend this chair! I can sit criss-cross, I can put up my legs. One downside: the recliner option is almost too comfortable for a desk chair, naps may happen on accident! :D

I am beyond impressed with this chair! While some of the individual components are quite heavy—which speaks to the solid build quality—the assembly process was surprisingly straightforward and easy. It is a true 'big and comfy' chair, providing exactly the kind of generous space and support I was looking for.

Very comfortable. I don't really find myself utilized the alternate modes for the arm rests and the mechanism for switching them seems to not be totally consistent, but fiddling with them a bit isn't really much of a bother. The footrest folding away is convenient.

I spent a lot of time researching chairs to find one that was the quality and price I needed. This one truly is phenomenal. I can comfortably sit for a full work day with no complaints. And, it was fairly easy to assemble, took me less than a half hour. If you’re stuck between different options, this is a good one!

I got it for my wife for Christmas. She absolutely loves it. It’s incredibly comfortable and durable.

I like the functionality but the top part of the chair is sewn horribly and warped. It’s crooked on the top part so when I’m in meetings, I see that the chair is crooked and it irritates me. I leveled out the screws and had someone help me. The part of the chair where I lay my back on is warped and it’s annoying
