Extremely low and disappointing customer service

The chair is extremely low to the ground, much lower than I expected from the photos. As a pregnant woman, I find it very difficult and uncomfortable to sit down and stand up, and I would not feel safe doing so while holding a newborn. We were only able to assemble the chair this week, so unfortunately we did not discover the problem until after the return period. I contacted the seller to explain the situation and request an exception. For a chair that cost $119.99, their only solution was a $10 partial refund and a suggestion that I keep, donate, or resell it. I am very disappointed with both the chair’s practicality as a nursing chair and the customer service provided. I would not recommend it, especially for pregnant women, taller people, or anyone who has difficulty getting up from a very low seat.
