Very nice and knowledgeable workers. They came on time and worked efficiently. They helped me replace items that were suggested for me incorrectly helped me purchase the correct replacements. They called to follow up and we talked about other technology that would make my life easier. "A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE"

The team showed up on time. They completed the work pretty quickly, I think they had gotten the TV on my patio mounted in less than 45 minutes. They took the extra effort to get the Roku player attached and powered to the TV as well. Respected our space considering we're in COVID times. Excellent fellows.

I needed a TV mounted above my fireplace in tile. I didn't have the experience to do it myself so I hired Best Buy. The guys were great! They took their time and got it done right. It was money well spent!

They were on time, courteous and fast. Need to be a little more cautious and aware when they have an apprentice with them. Mine tore the cover off my sub because they thought it was a bag for the box then when helping hang my tv, they were holding with their thumb squeezing the screen. I was like “whoa, do you know how much this tv costs?”Fortunately no damage to the tv though and they brought me a brand new sub and installed it the next day. But I can’t lie, I was a little nervous though.

The Geek Squad Agents who came out to install my TV in the living room and bedroom were fantastic. They did a great job with installation and mounting. I was very happy with both. The TV installation guys were here for about 4 hours. They really put in the time.

They called 15 minutes before they arrived. We had a 10 hr time frame and had left word with the schedulure that we needed to be one of the first stops in the morning. She couldn't promise anything, but said she'd do the best she could. Guys were here by 9:15 and finished by 10:30.

GS were friendly polite and wore booties in my house. They confirmed my desired mount location and drilled into the fieldstone with no problem and they caught the dust and stone that was drilled and then vacuumed. The install of the tv mount went easier than I had expected.

I just had my Sunbrite 55" outdoor TV mounted on my patio concrete block wall. The 2 men that installed it did an excellent job. They knew exactly what they were doing and were very professional and knowledgeable. They were very careful about handling the TV and cleaned up after themselves. It is well worth the fee.

The agents mounted the television, made sure it was level, connected television to sound bar and DVD player. the agents made sure all remotes were working and explained how to use the devices. Many thanks for the excellent installation. My family enjoyed my new television over the holidays!!

The Geeksquad came and took control of everything. The installation was quick!! These Techs. we’re great and very personable! Answering any and all questions I had. They cleaned up the mess that was made from drilling into the brick fireplace!!!!! So the install was a success!!!

I cannot be more pleased with the professionalism and the quality of work. They work very respectful to me, my home and concerned about the challenges doing this in this pandemic. I was so pleased with their work, that I had them come back 2 days later to mount another TV!

I carefully watched the technician prep my brick wall for installation of a tv bracket and 65" tv and he did it correctly (installing anchors in the mortar joints as much as possible). They had the proper tools to work efficiently and did not leave a mess. I would definitely recommend them.

The agent installed the wall mount on my brick wall. He did a great job and cleaned up after he was done. Very professional installed by a very competent and friendly agent.

The team that installed the TV had their hands full putting up the 82 inch TV about 10 to 12 feet above our fireplace into a solid stone wall. They accepted the challenge and did an outstanding job. I hope that they are my next install team for my next installation.

The Geek Squad gentlemen had to install our tv support over our fireplace with brick underneath. Not a problem for them, They made sure all was performed cleanly, efficiently and correctly. Centering the new tv would have been a problem for me..not for them!

My husband and I built a new home and purchased Total Tech Support from Best Buy as it gives discounts on products, support and installations! We had some difficult installs into stone and brick and Best Buy did it all at costs less than anyone else!

The technicians were very professional, let me know when they will arrive. Made sure I understood how they were going to mount my TV on the fireplace. They set up the TV and made sure I understood how to work the TV and the TV mount.

Arrived on time and installed the mount and Sony 77" OLED easily. Had all the tools and brought extras (cables, modem, etc. in case I needed). Very professional and didn't leave until I was comfortable with all Tv, Netflix, DVD player, etc. controls.

The Geek Squad called the day before, was timely the day of, installed quickly and made sure everything was working, and took the time to make sure I understood all key functionality of my new TV and Soundbar.
