The Geek Squad did superior installations for my two wall mounts for TVs. One was mounted above a stone fireplace, They were on time and very courteous and neat. I call on the Geek Squad whenever I need help with my electronics.

Showed up for their appointment on time. Very professional and took the time to explain what they were going to need to do asked for my approval. Cleaned up their work area. Never seemed rushed and answered all questions,

Marcus and his crew installed my TV in under an hour. I thought about doing the install myself on my fireplace but I am SO happy I got the service done by Best Buy. They were professional, prompt and performed quality work.

The Geek Squad came over for an estimate for mounting a tv antenna. I was told that in the store that they couldn't do roof installations but could do attic. After he saw my house and a low roof he said he could install on the roof. After we purchased the antenna I called him and he said he could install it in four weeks. Somewhat a long wait.

The agents were incredible. They mounted my TV and Sonos Beam along with other items and tucked everything between wall and TV so nothing would show. They did a fantastic job. Then they taught me how to use the devices.

We have real wood paneling with no concrete, or brick walls. Geek squad removed the wall mount that our old tv was mounted that had been recalled, installed the replacement at no extra charge. You just can't beat that!

The Geek squad did a great job of asking me what exactly I wanted, They gave me options and showed me how the TV would look on the Brick wall. They explained what they were doing and why they did it the way they did.

These guys were pros. They did a great job of mounting my 65" TV on cultured stone above the fireplace. I bought my own mount from Amazon and that was not an issue, they knew exactly what to do and how to do it.

I wanted my new TV wall mounted. I have wood paneling over plaster. The tech took his time finding the wall studs for installing the wall mount and measured carefully before drilling the holes. The TV is centered perfectly and is secure on the wall.

The agents mounted my tv on above the chimney and connected all of my equipment to the tv. The Geek squad ensured no wiring/cords were visible. They went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend their service.

The installers were amazing. They were quick, quiet and did an amazing job. They explained everything to me before they started doing it and had me review before they left. I felt very at ease.

I'm very pleased with Aaron and Garion's work when they came to do more than 2 tasks I requested. There were only maybe 2 or 3 questions if that much and if I had any additional questions they answered without hesitation.

I needed mine attached to a brick wall. They brought all the tools they needed and cleaned up after themselves also. I asked them if they wanted to continue cleaning after installation!

Technician showed up on time. Was in and out in a timely manner. Made sure I understood how everything worked before he left. Even received a follow up call the next day to make sure everything was still good!

The installers took great care in making sure the house was not disturbed any more than necessary. They climbed into the attic just to make sure their plan was the best for us, not just doing what they wanted in order to install as quick as they wanted.

I had the Geek Squad hang my new 65 TV installed on a brick wall on my patio. They are always so helpful and knowledgeable. they hung my TV, answered all my questions and cleaned up and took all their mess. Love the Geek Squad!
