The geek squad crew were just ok. The job was quick and didn’t require as much as my previous installation which was horrible. See that story in my previous review. If I had the tools I could’ve did this one myself. This one was fine. However, Best Buy should train their staff to go above and beyond. Walk us through our new purchase a bit more than just basic stuff. Maybe upsale products by educating the consumer on things that would enhance the experience. For example I had a 65” Samsung tv installed on my basement/gym wall. When asked how to use external speakers along with Alexa he had no clue in fact he ill-advised and said what I was attempting to do was not possible (instead of just saying I don’t know). I guess it would cost BB too much to provide this level of training tho.

Great job mounting on cinder block outdoor wall!! Came prepared…gave lesson on removing TV from mounting bracket for bad weather

Geek squad agents did an amazing job going through the brick and getting this mount and TV installed. Very happy i did this - even though i am handy, i didn't want to mess this up by drilling into brick incorrectly.

I live in Condo, and didn't know the wall type of my building. It's plaster/cinder block/concrete. The geek squad team, came in, figured it out, and quickly secured my new TV to the wall. Great job.

Nick and his partner were great. Their work hanging our flat screen tv on a brick wall was meticulous and the time they took to teach me to use the smart remote was so very helpful.

The agents came over to troubleshoot a problem with logging into our new tv and sound bar. They were polite and knowledgeable and stayed until all of our questions were answered.

The agents professionally and quickly installed my TV mount on my brick fire place. It appears sturdy and I feel much safer having the Geek Squad install the mount.

Quick installation and our tv looks incredible mounted on our fireplace. The geek squad was friendly, professional and did an outstanding job plus great communication.

The guys who did the install brought a hammer drill that drilled into the brick like it was butter. It turned to be no problem at. Made me feel a little like I overpaid.

I had a very challenging location! They drilled into solid rock. They were precise with the mounting and made everything look very neat behind the TV. They also kept everything very clean.

Staff had to redrill brick fireplace for mounts.They cleaned up the dust. Unfortunately had to buy different TV mount. Cost was $150, which I feel is too high.for such a small part

The wall in my basement had studding.. so they didnt have to do the concrete install. It was refunded to me, but I had to go in and ask for that. was not done automatically.

They mounted my TV and connected all of my devices also explained the TV remote and different options on the TV Great service however a little pricey since I was having two TVs mounted they could have gave a little bit of a discount since they were here anyway

Dan and Jacob mounted and connected my TV to my brick fireplace. Cleaned up and made sure I was satisfied. Also explained everything along the way. Very friendly as well.
