The agents were awesome new exactly what to do did a fantastic job mounting tv would recommend them answer all questions

I was struggling finding a stud to attach the wall mount. Best Buy came in, located the stud by following the outlet up the wall and voila. They were precise and friendly and fast.

The agents did a stellar job of mounting 4 TVs, hooking up everything, syncing remotes, completing cable and tv setups, demonstrated everything and were very neat and courteous. Excellent!!!

the geek squad guys are pros. I've had 3 different installs by 3 different groups and they are all pros. Be sure to use the Geek Squad guys, not a third party.

The TV mount was installed in a brick fireplace. The Geek squad hung from it to make sure it was installed to hold the television. We love it because it moves and tilts to eliminate light reflection and other needs.

Already submitted a review regarding the mounting of a large TV on a very rough stone surface. The two gents that did the installation did a great job on a very difficult surface.

Had the Geek Squad mount a flat screen above my stone fireplace. I was very apprehensive as this was a brand new house. They had no problem mounting the TV and hiding all the cables. Very impressed!

Great service. Was so happy to hire Geek Squad to mount our existing TV to above our fireplace. Easy scheduling and super professional service.

Not sure why there was an extra charge for this particular install. The tv mount was placed on an exterior wall on the patio. The exterior wall was not brick or stone. It was mounted through wood siding and it was very easy to find a stub (which was on a seam). They had the complete install done in 10-15 minutes with no issues!

My Tech was superb! I won't go anywhere else. My only issue was the wait for an appointment. Customers under contract should get priority scheduling

The installation of my new Samsung 50" TV went much quicker than expected as the TV was mounted to a concrete wall. The installer certainly knew his job. Thanks for all the great work!!

I can’t say enough if you purchase a outdoor tv or any large tv the geeks are the answer they definitely do the job correctly

The time scheduled was from 12-4pm. I called/texted to find out approximate time and was given 2pm. They arrived at 2.40pm. The guy in charge, Joe, was great except it would have been nice if they had ensured that the security info was written down for me as I would then know what actually my wi fi versus velop log in and passwords are. Right now I am confused what is what. I've had issues since then with my rear speakers not working with my soundbar. Additionally, I want to be able to use just my TV speakers at times and NOT the soundbar and I cannot do that. Since the install, I've called the local guy, Joe, several times however he has not responded. I guess I will have to call the 800-geek squad number. Just is really inconvenient, esp. when you are busy.

Great mount for a Samsung Frame on a stone fireplace mantel. They drilled a little bit but were very polite and did a fantastic job
