The geek squad installed this product on my lanai. The whole process lasted maybe 15 minutes and we now can enjoy watching tv on the lanai at night.

Getting the mount and TV outside in the brick was a challenge but the Geek squad was up to it. Quick, professional, explained it well.

The agent mounted my TV and connected my devices. He showed me how to operate the new remote and was very patient.

The 3 star review above is an average of two distinct Best Buy services. The two gentlemen who installed my TVs at my house were 5 stars -- they were both AWESOME! I was really impressed with them. However, when installing my Samsung Frame TV they realized they did not have the proper part to run the power source into my wall, and they needed to have Magnolia order something. They reached out to Leonard Maxwell at Magnolia, and he rates a ZERO. He has refused to help, and has ignored multiple emails from me asking for help and/or updates.
