The quality of the actual UHD disc itself is good. The way the story is written is obvious that the studio plans to make sequel(s). The storyline is similar to the origin of Superman, only in this movie he decides to be evil instead of good. The quality of the video is very good, albeit a tad on the dark side The quality of the audio is very good to excellent. The ATMOS effect (I have a 7.2.4 speaker configuration) puts you in the middle of the chaos going on in screen with some really juicy LFE.

don't get why so people didn't like stop comparing it to superman its a different twist to the story, its straight up horror/slasher movie.and iam fine with that. Cool kills,gore and good acting

Maybe not because the box office wasn't so great. I liked it a lot. Good gore and a creepy kid. I'd like to see this expand with what was teased in the credits scene.

This is a new look at one of the oldest superhero stories. What if Superman was bad. Well done movie, produced my James Gunn and could definitely lead into a sequel.

Now this super hero twist was interesting to see. A bit of horror, a bit of bad seed, a bit of case 39. Very entertaining movie and the sound effects are awesome!

The movie definitely has some holes where the story isn't explained well, however I enjoyed the story nonetheless. I wouldn't say it scary, but it is suspenseful.

I was afraid this would be too similar to Amazon’s “The Boys,” since they both kind of turn the superhero genre on its head, but it was different and excellent.

The combination of the superhero orgin story with horror elements makes an interesting mix that makes this film worth a watch if you are a fan on either genre.

This film was one that I already knew exactly what I was getting. A superhero film turned into a horror film. There was nothing scary about this film. Sure there were a few failed jump scares, but nothing that really made this film a horror film in my opinion. Acting was alright, special effects definitely could’ve been better for a film made in 2019 on a multi million dollar budget. It was an enjoyable film, but not one I’d pick up and watch multiple times a year.

Good audio/visual package. Without spoiling the movie (unless you've seen the trailer) a different kind of origin story for someone endowed with powers.

This movie was exactly what i was expecting. Evil Superman. I was not disappointed. Nice mix of sci-fi and horror. James Gunn did a great job with this one.

Loved this movie even before it was made, great vision for all involved. This movie was made for me, because this is the type of movie I would make. One of my favorite movies for 2019

This how a kid with powers would act. Realistic take on superman, scary and entertaining. Only needs to be a 2 hour ti flash out more character development.

This is a good movie it tells you that the boy is from another planet it kind of reminds me of superman but in a different way, this boy is kind of evil.

Well, if you're gonna have a Super Hero...you might as well have a Super Villain. Be prepared to see what happens when the powerful don't want to use their ability to do good.

A film for good time, great for people that enjoy the superhero genre with a bit of horrific visuals and some demented fun times mixed into the film.

This movie is so cool,the twist on it is crazy,an evil Superman,this was an honor to watch,it got right to the point and ended just right hope they make another. A must have.

Brightburn does have some of the tropes of the superhero movie genre, but t has enough twists and turns that it is definitely one you want to watch.

This is the first movie that turns the Superhero genre on its head! Definitely not for small children due to graphic violence and injuries, but adults will be creeped out!
