Good things first: I like the look of it (very modern), love the feel of it, it's easy to set up and pour, it heats water quickly, and it doesn't take up much space. The one big and bad thing, after two weeks of owning it, the inside is chipping away. My wife said "it tastes funny today," and I looked inside and found the reason (see picture). Also, the lid feels a bit cheap, but that's a minor gripe. I'm sad to be returning it because we loved it until this happened. I hope mine was just a fluke, but I am not taking another chance, instead buying a different model altogether.

I got this with really good deal and i use this with my drip coffee maker. I can check the temperature thats so awesome!!!!

DO Not get close to this company’s products. Item didn’t worked properly from day one. Waited for a replacement for 5 weeks as promised by the company. It didn’t came. Later on after contacting them - try said they will send a check for less than half the amount of a new one cause I bought it in sale. Save yourself the anger - buy something else.

Well, I agree with the other reviewers on pretty much everything. This kettle feels a little flimsy because it is lightweight, this does not bother me though. I happen to like that. It is not thermal so it does get hot. Also not a big deal to me as I am careful. It is a little small and I was afraid it would be too small for me, but after using it a few times it is perfect for my needs. I only use it to brew French press coffee for myself. As far as speed of heating, I think it's okay. This is my first electric kettle but the speed hasn't bothered me. Yes, the wood handle is not real wood. I like the gooseneck spout, it makes pouring very smooth and precise. People have different standards but overall, I'm happy with it because: 1) Got it on sale. 2) It is very functional as a kettle and pouring is precise and smooth. The small size and design helps! 3) I can't deny it is a pretty kettle and it looks nice sitting on my countertop in my coffee bar. 4) easy to use controls. Clean up is also very simple. You just get a small towel and wipe all the water inside. Very easy! Doesn't take more than a minute. I will say you may have slight difficulty doing so if you have bigger hands. For $99 I probably wouldn't recommend it, unless you don't mind anything listed on the reviews and you really like the look. I looked at many kettles and couldn't find one like this one. If you get it on a good sale like I did, then I would recommend it.

Does everything I expected. Brings water up to temp fairly quickly (≈5 minutes to take 20oz from 40° to 200°F), and then holds the water at that temperature. Easy to pour and control the speed of the flow. Looks nice in my kitchen. Easy to use. I purchased this item on sale, and it is worth the price I paid. For the original asking price, I would've spent more time comparing alternatives.

I was skeptical at first after reading some of the reviews but decided to purchase anyway . I’m glad that I did ! It heats ups really fast and easy to pour with ! I’m super happy with this Brim electric kettle . I would definitely purchase again and recommend this kettle !

Heats up water quickly, pours very smoothly and accurately. Max full line should be better marked, would also prefer the settings for keeping hot to be more intuitive.

It's great - has various settings but I just click the boil button. It heats up water super quickly and the gooseneck makes it super easy to control. Flagging that it pouring water can seem a little daunting/slow but that's expected with a gooseneck kettle. Def recommend!

Using the kettle a couple times I can't say it doesnt do its job. It heats up water well and using it for pour over coffee is a blast, buy its the quality of the build that has me pointed away. After some time this kettle will deteriorate in many ways other reveiwers explain. Personally the handle completely snapped off while i was making coffee spilling water everywhere. I did take a look at the handle and I saw nothing welded or snapped off. Its as if it was glued together by the smallest amount of glue. Another note about its questionable build quality is the base. Whatever the glossy top of the base is made of is the single weakest material ive seen. I cleaned it once i day after taking it out the box and i saw countless scratch marks from a paper towel. While just a cosmetic issue i still hate it. TLDR: Beautiful kettle but trash build quality

I love this water heater! It’s not very big which is great. I love the modern look of it. I also enjoy the different temperatures and keep warm option.

Things I like: - Looks pretty good - Bought on sale for $38 - Digital Temp Gauge - Keep Warm Function Don't like: - Fake "wood" handle - Cheap feeling of kettle - Flimsy lid and handle - Kettle is not insulated and gets very hot - Somewhat slow at heating It's a good deal on sale, but I would not pay full price due to its cheap/flimsy feel and construction. Overall, it's a decent looking and easy to use kettle--I feel I got what I paid for.

Great looks, fast heating, and easy to use. My only gripe so far is the top cover which is thin and the knob doesn't feel very securely connected -- I'm expecting this to be a problem and have been careful. The programming controls are pretty nice and allow 1% increments, though they can feel a little finicky in use and not completely set-and-forget, since you might have to give them a quick extra click to get it back to the desired temperature after it sits for more than a couple seconds. Other than that, I was happy enough to pick up a second one for a gift.

This is a great electric kettle. I use it to pour hot water on my aeropress. Handle is great and heats water pretty quickly. I got mine on clearance for $50. I honestly wouldn’t pay full price for this though just because the materials don’t feel very sturdy. Does the job well though!

It's quick to heat up, and gives a nice steady pour. It's great for pour over coffee, and my kids use it for tea constantly.

Honestly this kettle is great. It can be set to any temperature, which makes it great for different types of tea and coffee we drink. It also has auto shut off and warm features (for safety), so we can leave it to run while we shower or cook and then come and pour when it beeps or within several minutes of it beeping so we don’t have to rush over to the kettle immediately. It’s sturdy and easy to clean, which are other big bonuses.

This little pot warms the water quickly and to just the temp I want. The presets are great. The controls are intuitive and easy to operate giving me just what I want each time. Neat little pot for one or two people.

The perfect gooseneck kettle. It has five preset temperature settings and a 'keep warm' option to keep the water at temp. You can also manually adjust the temperature. It looks fantastic on the counter. Hopefully it will last for several years at least.

Love it, “keep warm” setting is great for when I’m getting ready in the mornings and haven’t started the coffee yet. The temperature gauge is accurate and the entire handle is an insulated material that doesn’t bend.

I originally got this to make pour over coffees, which it does well. It is also good at steeping tea at specific temperatures. It heats up quickly, and pours precisely. My coffees and teas tastes consistently much better.
