Customers are impressed with the Triple Brew 12-Cup Coffee Maker's single-cup brewing and ease of use, frequently praising its versatility and user-friendly design. Many also appreciate the machine's affordable price point. However, some customers found the coffee maker larger than expected and suggested improvements to the water reservoir design.

First of all, I read the reviews only after purchasing as a Deal of the Day for $70. So far I havent had the issues others have had. I also purchased the extended warranty as these have come in handy for many things I've bought. If something is wrong just return to the store and pickup a new one.
Secondly, I'm really enjoying the taste of my fresh ground that I brew. Havent had any messes and the single serve holds up very well too. I just bought this to replace my $180 Keurig and Mr. Coffee carafe pot. So far I'm impressed.

STOPPED FUNCTIONING AFTER ONE MONTH

Purchased as gift, this stopped working in one month. Manufacturer BRIM continues to make replacing the most difficult return process ever, asking for more (now, it’s more photos + a VIDEO of my recipient “cutting the cord”). Awkward! The recipient shown in attached photo isn’t acceptable to BRIM. BB advised that it absolutely should be.

I really wanted to love this. It sat beautifully on my counter. The single serve coffee pod side burns the coffee however. When putting ground coffee in the single serve side it gets burnt. And when using keurig pods, it has coffee grounds spilling over into you coffee. Also the tray to catch spillage is a poor design because you have to tilt it to remove it and clean it, but when you tilt it all the coffee spills on to your counter creating a huge mess. I don't know who is actually finding this coffee maker useful.

If I could give zero stars to this product I would! I bought this in October and this Monday January 11th it stopped working. The single serve side started spewing smoke from the water reservoir and making a loud noise. I brought it to BB and wouldn't take it or even give store credit as it wasn't within their return policy.

I bought this coffee maker for a cottage. I like that you have the option to brew a pot or just a cup. It brews a lot slower than my Ninja coffee maker. The coffee doesn't get that burnt taste even after sitting for a while with the warmer on.
My only real gripe with this thing is it's absolutely enormous for a coffee maker. It didn't fit where I wanted to put it.

I’m very happy with this coffee maker that brews big pots and single cups. Takes less space than having two drives, but is a little larger and more substantial than I imagined. The 16 cup capacity is more than I’d need, but I refrigerate or freeze any leftovers for blended drinks. The single cup is great for either pods or using your own grinds in the refillable filter. When making your own, not overfill the cartridge, or the grounds may float up and need to be cleaned out of the nozzle. It isn’t a design flaw; I got carried away but know now to optimize and use the big side for larger quantities. Accessories are thoughtfully included, a scoop, the pod insert, a small refillable insert for the pod side, and a large reusable filter basket for the carafe side. Brew strength can be adjusted on the carafe side, the timer is programmable, and the heating plate shuts itself off after 2 hours. I also like the big round showerhead style nozzles that distribute the hot water over the grounds evenly for better tasting brew. Temperature is great. Using this is a treat.

deal of the day purchase at $39.99/reg.$149.99. Product was everything we needed/wanted. Pro’s are that you have two options on how to make your coffee pot or cup. Easy to program and operate. Con’s are the cup side water tank guard is down inside the tank with no outside visibility to the water level. If water exceeds 15oz. Water is pushed out a port on the back of the device (leaving water underneath unit and on your countertop).
I gave this device 3 stars as of 1 year the device failed to power on. Brim has a 2 year limited warranty which customer support was easy to contact and communicate with. But this device is now discontinued with no other options for them to replace with a comparable one.

So a couple of years ago we switched to a French Press, after reading about the health benefits of drinking coffee with a filter we switched to a pour over. That is for the birds, if I had 20 minutes to make coffee I would not need it to help wake up as I would apparently live a life of luxury. (where someone else would have made it for me).
So we switched to this brewer. The good: its flexible in that it can brew a pot or a cup. The coffee tastes good. Its easy to clean.
What to be prepared for: its not the size of your old coffee maker. It will take up more room.
The bad? When the pot is on the warm setting (it has a low, medium, and high) even on the high setting I think it could be warmer. The original price was steep, we got it as a deal of the day and when priced around 90.00 is a great buy. That was the only reason I took off one star.

so far so good. Makes a good pot of coffee. Does drip from carafe spout when poring if not being aware of poring to fast. Hard to pour the water into machine straight from carafe. Makes a mess with k cups.

The Brim Triple Brew is just a bit larger than we expected. It replaced a Cuisinart with hot water and expected similar size. Also, wish that it had the cone filter - although reusable filter works well, difficult to clean. Just minor complaints - works fine - k-cup nice feature.

Operates with little or no issues. The versatility of having both options when brewing is great. It would be 5 stars if it had a water reservoir that you didn’t have fill with each pot or cup.

Overall very happy with the purchase. This replaced separate Keurig and regular brew makers. The coffee is above average on both sides. The K-cup side starts almost immediately, and takes longer to brew than a standard Keurig - but that's a good thing as the coffee is stronger and more full flavored. The lids on both sides are a little flimsy and I'd prefer something more substantial. Also the lid on the pot is a little hard to place in the drainer due to the center extension. I'd recommend and would purchase again.

Excellent coffee maker. Easy to program and easy to use. The only problem I ran into was with the single use cartridge. Unless the cartridge is pressed down firmly before the top is closed the nozzle might not completely go through the bottom and you'll end up with coffee everywhere. Learned the hard way and haven't had an issue since.

But this coffee maker because of Best Buys one day sale, it was a great price? It looks good.
I haven’t used the product yet. I bought it for when I move into my new home but the reviews on it were great. it came in all the features that I wanted to use. Can’t wait to try it and when I do, I will update.
