It looks great and works well. I wish there was one reservior that can be used for both sides.

I returned this item because it was way to big and bulky. Looks nice, but too big for my small kitchen.

Clean, attractive, and efficient. Can use grounds or k-cups, multiple heating settings, and the pot has a fluted lid that evenly distributes and heats the coffee as it drips. Deal of the Day had it at $60, which made this a stellar purchase.

This the best coffee maker, the quality is excellent and I love the fact that you can make a pot for the family or just a single cup when you are alone. Another great feature is that you can use the famous K cups or just plain ground coffee.

Works pretty well so far. I have no had any issues with brewing coffee with kcups or with the pot and it had been running smoothly as I just got it. However, I will see how it lasts over a couple of months or how long it will last. It includes a reusable k cup filter which is nice as well.

Great coffee maker. I like being able to brew a whole pot or just a cup. The single cup feature gives the option of using a k-cup or ground coffee. Very easy to use.

I am satisfied with this coffee maker except it needs to have a clear place on side to show the water in the reservoir . Other than that it’s perfect for one coffee maker to have multiple options ! Love Best Buy

Love that I can make single cups of coffee and 12 cups for when I have people over. The set up is easy just read the manual it's not hard to set up.

Nice looking and easy to use. The only bad thing is the spout is so stubby shaped that the coffee runs down the pots and makes a mess. Great deal of the day price tho.

I purchased the Brim coffee maker at the beginning of April, 2023. I have used the brewing feature with grounds for both the carafe and the single serving. I have not yet tried it with a pod, but I imagine it would work just as well as the single serving with ground. Overall, I have been satisfied. My favorite feature is being able to use grounds with the single serving option. The single serving option allows for a variety of sizes in mugs/tumblers. The one thing that has presented a small issue is how the coffee pours from the carafe. I have to really pay attention or it will pour over the edges of the spout. The amount of space it takes on the counter is only slightly more than my previous carafe-only coffee maker. I would recommend this coffee maker.

If you live for coffee, get this machine! single servings for on the go or make a whole for guests. Stylish, too.

Coffee maker does exactly what I need it to, makes good coffee and is easy to use

This has been very easy to use. My wife was able to start using it without even looking at the manual. Yes we need to check it on a few things to understand how to switch it to the single cup use but even then it was very simple to understand and get it to do what we needed it to do. I think the design make cleanup simple and easy to do and the unit is not as big as you might think. It fits inito places very easy. Great coffee maker

It's simple to use and works great. Just needed an easy solution for Java.

We purchased this in place of a Ninja coffee bar, that would never fully 'clean' regardless of how much we cleaned it. It had more features, but this Brim has actually been really nice. We can brew single cups on the right which we do fairly often - but the heated base for the carafe and the 'hotter' coffee than the ninja is definitely a plus. It's easy to clean as well - so far so good!

A little bit big taking up counter space but for the multiple functionality it's worth it
