I liked the versitility of being able to make a carafe or single cup. However, I did not like the fact that there is no way to program how much coffee to make. It makes however much you put in the reservoir, so you have to fill the machine each time you use it and it is hard to see the levels inside the reservoir. I ended up returning mine because the single serve side was poor quality and it leaked everytime I tried filling it.

This is a great dual coffee maker. We really like that you can adjust the carafe temperature as well as the strength of the coffee brewed.

I've been shopping around for a dual-purpose coffee maker for a year! Finally found one at a great price. It's super easy to use. My only objection is you can make a single brew while the 12-cup side is brewing. But, that's really not that big of a deal. I would also like to have known the measurements before I purchased it. They may have been there, but were difficult to find.

I love this! Took some getting used to pouring in exactly what was needed, but love the versatility. I drink first cup via pod or filter full strength and last 2 cups half-caff from pot with hubby. Got a sweet deal after discounts. It helps to read ALL the reviews and check Consumer Reports.

I like the ability to brew one cup from a coffee pod or an entire pot. The pot brews good coffee relatively quickly. The only thing I would change is to add an indicator for the water reservoir so I could just pour the water from my water filtration pitcher. I don’t normally use more sophisticated features of the coffee pot like setting a time to brew so I can’t speak to those features.

Excellent coffee maker I love it, very easy to use.

For the first month it was great. Then it started making loud noise when making single serve coffee. Then it started leaking when making single serve coffee. Have returned the product as I do not know how to fix this issue and single serve is my go-to use.

It is nice having a machine that makes both cake up and regular coffee. The machine looks more expensive than what it is. The quality is good. The materials are good. Everything about the machine is actually very high-quality. The only thing that I would say about the machine that I really can’t I didn’t like was the fact that you sort of have to see inside of where are pouring water to determine how much water you’ve poured. Another thing I kind of didn’t like is the fact that you have to pour the exact amount of water you’re going to use for 1K cup. This means that if you pour 10 ounces of water it will brew, ounces of water for the 1K cup. The machine does not distinguish between the different measurements and there are No way to tell the machine how much ounces of water you want for your particular K cup.

So far so good. Makes coffee fast and can use paper or permanent filter. Looks nice on counter.
