Back To Brokenwood ...with PLEASURE !

Owned for 9 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Somehow 'Brokenwood' just never seems to get repetitive, and yet this marks a full SEVERN SEASONS of murder & mystery in this fictional venue. Perhaps it`s the cast, perhaps it`s the New Zealand scenery, but whatever it may be, the stories--quirky and backed by a country music sound track--keep you coming back for more...and more. If you have been to 'Brokenwood' before, you already know what I am talking about... If you have not; then dive-in ! The great thing is that it really does not matter if you have not seen the previous seasons; this series can be jumped into at Season 7, just as readily as Season 1 !

The team has chemistry and all work well together. The stories are gripping with so many twists and turns it keeps you guessing who the killer might be. It's fun to check the town residents who routinely help out the detectives too. Great job. I hope they keep making this show it's well acted, well directed and well-written.
