ORDERED ON LINE ARRIVED A DAY EARLY. Employee brought it to car and placed in and I did not have to touch it until I got home. I have other brother products and the customer service is the best. I found this on Amazon at a better price so I called the price match hot line and Best Buy matched it while I was on the phone and finished up the order for me. I like to buy from a local retailer in my neighborhood. The set up was easy and simple and the print quality is great. Looking forward for many years of great service.

This all in one is fast. We don’t need to print in color anymore . Toner is a bargain compared to ink that dries out.

What can I say, it's cheaper to use than ink jet. It's pretty quick. I use it every day and haven't had an issue yet.

This printer works the best of any I've ever had as a home printer. Pages are produced quickly, with great quality. It works quietly. This is a replacment for an inkjet model used in our vacation home. I got frustrated with always having to replace ink cartridges because ink had dried up from non-use for a few weeks. I'm hoping that problem is resolved with this laserjet.
