Easy to install, works like a charm
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy to install, no mess, immediate restoration of "as new" printer performance. Installation instructions were clear, including how and when to remove and reinstall the existing ink cartridge in the original drum. However, although there were several warning to be sure to resent the drum page counter, the two sets of instructions for how to do so were conflicting and unclear. Luckily, trial and error finally produced the correct sequence of blinking lights confirming that the counter had been reset.
