Easy set up, intuitive to use, lots of functions such as doc feeder, duplex printing, photo printing, scanning. It also has fax function which is not being used. Only negative so far is that it prints abit slow.

Loving this printer so far. Very easy to set up and print from computer or iPad! Best feature is being able to go to the actual printer and see how many pages you can print with current ink!

Printer is fast to copy, and scan. It makes very good prints and also was very easy to set up. I would definitely buy again.

I cannot even tell you how many CANON printers I have been through in the last 3 years for my small business I run from home. At least 5, FIVE!!! All brand new & not cheap either!!!! Nor was the ink! They were all terrible! This is the most amazing printer I have ever used in my 25 or so years of office work give it take a few. I LOVE IT & HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Oh & the free ink that you get that is supposed to last a year? Well I’m almost at a year in about 3 weeks & have about 1/3 of the amount left-BONUS!! I’ll never ever buy another brand. Brother is best!

Replaced not one, but TWO Epson WF 4630 All-in-One units that conked out within weeks of each other. Set up was relatively easy. I have one PC running Windows 10; the other running Windows 7. Install was easy on the former; for the Windows 7 machine, I put in the CD to run the install program, which then went to the 'net for updates. NOTE: run any available updates prior to using the printer. It's better than going through your job mid-way then to stop. and get new drivers. That was a recommendation from another user that I followed to a T. No problems with install or use.

I've been using the printer for one month (purchased in December but didn't have set up until June). It is excellent. I had been skeptical about the ink claims. But, no longer. I'm not even close to ordering replacement cartridges. The printer makes nice looking copies (printer mode) and is fast enough for my purposes. Also, I'ver used the copy feature numerous times. So far, I am most pleased with my purchase. I had another Brother model prior: good printer but I had to order lots of ink -- I like to print.

Easy printer to install. Very user friendly and functions very well for a home printer. Prints from our multiple devices. I would recommend highly.

My previous all-in-one inkjet printer (different manufacturer died after 6 years of significant. After reading many consumer reviews and reports, I selected this one as a replacement. I was very impressed with the ease of setting it up and installing on our Wan network. And if the reviews of efficient ink usage prove to be correct, my annual ink cartridge cost will be reduced by about 60%. The quality of color printing, although not laser quality, is significantly better than my previous printer, the other manufacture who is known by 2 letters - the 1st of which is "H".

This Brother printer was easy to set up and the print quality is excellent. It was priced well with print cartridges included in the initial purchase of the printer.

It was easy to set up wirelessly. Output printing is clear and bright for black and white material. Color printing is just so-so. I've scanned a few color photos to see how it does: In every case, the result was not as good as the original, and in particular the colors didn't come out very well. I don't use the fax function so can't comment on it. And since I've only had the printer for one month and don't print many copies, I don't know whether its main claim to fame--enough ink for a year of printing--will prove true. Though since I don't print more than a few copies each month, I expect I won't have to buy new cartridges for at least a year.

I like this printer, it was easy to set up, prints great, doesn’t seem to use a lot of ink. I haven’t used it for photos yet.

The printer was very easy to set up. Works well wireless and I really like how little ink it uses. A lot better value than inkjet printers that need cartridges.

A little clunky paper feed but prints nice, double sided too! Comes with lots of ink. Easy to setup. Would recommend for small print jobs. Really good value.

My previous printer was a Brother, it lasted over 8 years. So when I needed to purchase a new printer, I only looked at Brother printers. I did research different various Brother Printers. It came down to two that had everything I was looking for in a printer. I am sure I would have been very happy with either of the two, but I went with the MFC-J995DW. Setting it up was simple and no issues connecting it to my wireless network. The print quality is excellent and faster than my last printer.

We got the printer yesterday and set it up day. Very easy to install. Quick to connect and print. Nice printer, well worth the money.

If you are looking for a printer/scanner that will last and not eat you out of house and home in ink refills, look no further. I use a brother scanner at work and had always loved the reliability and easy of use of the software so after many HPs, Epsons, and other crappy brands, I finally decided to splurge on this guy. I am so glad I did. This is truly the ultimate at home printer/scanner. Cannot stop loving how little I have to worry about my printer for once in my life. Do it!

This Brother INKvestment Tank MFC-J995DW printer has been a great investment after our Canon printer stopped working after many years. The setup was quick and easy and the print quality is very good. It’s a bit noisy and not as fast as the Canon I had but very happy with its ability to print from all my devices with ease (laptop, IPad, mobile). Also think the ink that came with the printer will last quite a long time (2400 pages black, 1200 pages color is the estimate). Great price at $199 and Best Buy shipped quickly!
