I love the quality. I haven't used the printer extensively, but from the use its gotten, I'm pleased. It's a great basic printer for daily needs. I'm pleased that the WiFi makes it very accessible and that it can scan and fax as well.

I have only had this printer for a few weeks & was looking for a printer that would be compatible with 2 different chrome books & a Mac Book - there aren't many options. Having said that, it was reasonably easy to connect this printer to my router and to my phone - a bonus! I have never printed directly from my phone in the past! Not so easy to connect with the chrome books - that's more a reflection of my ability than the printer. It is relatively inexpensive and it prints double sided - a first for me and another bonus! All in all, I am pretty happy with this printer!

Bought this to replace a different brand of machine that died. This one has a smaller footprint than the old machine. I like having the ink tanks accessible by opening a small door on front of machine. Setup was not difficult, including the Wi-Fi that works fine. Print speed and quality is better than the one it replaced. Cost of replacement ink is comparable to other brands. After a month of use, I am very happy with this purchase.

This is a good printer. It still works if one of the colors is out. The ink is inexpensive too.

I am fully satisfied with this inkjet color printer. Everything works fine. But some of the ink cartridges that came with the printer had empty inks.

This is the only printer I have personally owned, and never have I had any problems with any prints. Brother will be the only brand of printer I will purchase. If there ever comes a time that this one decides to die on me.

This printer worked well after it was brought well, but that lasted only 4-5 months. We began having problems with the quality of printing (too light or nothing at all on the paper), and then, it was as if the printer began devouring the ink!!! We have spent over $200 in the last 6 months alone on ink refills (this excludes 2 other major refill trips), and no matter what we do, there is never enough ink maintained in the printer. Bad quality print-jobs + bad ink reservoirs = bad printer. Don't do it; there are other cheap printers out there that are way better.
