The best part about this printer is that I was able to plug it in, download the software to set it up, and begin printing in less time than it took me to open the box. It just worked right off the bat as our small office printer over wifi!

This printer took no more than 5 minutes to set up. Print quality is good and I appreciate the duplex function. Copies are fine. Setting it up for scanning was a little trickier as we use it for a PC and Mac. PC was no problem. However the printer screen doesn't recognize the Mac. For the Mac I finally figured out I had to use the Brother iprint&scan app. The app doesn't download, so every time I want to scan I have to go back to the app store to open the app. Maybe there's something I haven't figured out. But I found a way to make it work. Haven't tried faxing since we just send things electronically. Overall I'm happy with this printer.

I have owened a Brother all in one printer for several years without a hiccup. However it was not laser. This is a the perfect upgrade. If you need a workhorse laser printer with duplex printing and scanning without beaking the bank, you have found it.

This printer exceeds our expectations for our business and church. Very great quality and inexpensive.

We own several Brother Laser printers - most of them Multi-Function units, as is the L2750DW. This unit does not seem as well built as the earlier ones - but then it was also less expensive, and it has worked OK thus far. Although fairly Noisy in operation, the L2750 prints quickly, with suitable text appearance. Double-sided printing has worked without a glitch, as has the paper feed - but the BEST FEATURE (by far!) is the Single-Pass Duplex Scanning capability: this is a significant time saver for anyone who does regular scanning of double-sided documents. NOTE: if you do a SIGNIFICANT amount of scanning - as in 100's of Pages Per Day - you will probably want a dedicated scanner - but those tend to be Expensive. Have done DOZENS of pages in a day - and several hundred over a WEEK's time (for example, near the end of semester, or when archiving old forms) - again, without an apparent glitch thus far. OTOH, have found the WiFi connection to be Problematical: but that may be due to some flaw in Windows 10, which has been one headache after another since the Spring "Update!" OH: As always, buy a spare toner kit if you plan to Print on any regular basis.

Very reliable and cost-effective printer. Replacing the toner is a cinch and pretty cheap buying it online...lots of suppliers. I went from moving away from my very costly inkjet printers to simply relying on B&W prints which is the vast majority of what I need. If I need color, I can simply go to my alternate inkjet or print it at a Kinkos/copy service. I've used the paper feeder...works well, and the scanner is great too. My only con is their interface for managing this remotely from the desktop is kind of a pain to setup and as is with all printers, the touch/button menu system on printer itself is somewhat non-user friendly compared to some more modern systems. Given its cost though, this is a hard to beat laser printer for the functional value it brings to the table.

got this printer for use for a small business. Set up was easy, although the software updates did take quite awhile. printer is fast and the touchscreen is easy to navigate. It is a tad bit loud though. For the price, this is an excellent laser printer.

Holds lots of paper, prints & copies quickly. This is my 2nd Brother printer. I wouldn’t get another brand.

Great printer for small office. Love that it is a toner printer - it means that it prints good quality very quickly and quietly. Other features, like the scanner / fax / envelope & label printer make it an all purpose machine for our small business.

I mostly use my Brother MFC machine for scanning and e-faxing and so far it's been great! It's quick and efficient, excellent scan quality, and the brother printing app makes creating presets so easy!

I appreciate how easy this printer is to connect to my network and set up. I can easily print from my laptop, phone or tablet. Printing is much faster than with my old printer and the output is of great quality. My old printer was color and this one is black and white. I went with black and white because of the smaller footprint and light weight. I am very happy with this Brother printer.

We bought this because ink on the ink jet was getting too expensive while working at home. I wish we would have bought it earlier. It’s fast, easy to install and overall a fantastic printer. The scanning works great, too!

Easy to setup, fast and quiet printer. Got tired of ink jet ink costs, laser is much cheaper.

Very good graphics with no shake rattle and roll found with most ink-jet printers. Also very clean install of software via internet. Works well with WiFi and mobile devices. No more color cartridges you don’t use that you have to buy cause you need them to print anything. Only one glitch was getting the scanner software to cooperate.

This printer has been working great since we hooked it up. Easy to set up and use
Low price on this produce to compare to other retailers. Pick up set up is easy and convenience. If the shipment is quick then I would refer for shipment not to pickup. Overall the item is very nice

Was easy to set up, just follow the quick start guide. Easy to use for both MacBook (via WiFi) and iOS devices (via AirPrint). Very good print quality. Love the duplex auto document feed for both copy and scan.

I've had a color printer that required constant purchases of colored ink I rarely used. I've gone back to black and white. This printer is fast, reliable and includes paper feed and ability to copy. Very practical for the home office or personal use.

I've used the scanner and printer but have no need for FAX. The scanner works perfectly. The printer I've used only for 8.5 x 11 paper and for envelopes sizes 10 and 6 3/4. The papers and envelopes printed perfectly. The only glitch with setup was lack of supplied info on how to set up the machine for printing envelopes. However, one can print this info from the website: support.brother.com. The printout contains pictures with concise, easily understood, instructions. However, I urge MFC-L2750DW buyers not to try printing envelopes without first reading Brother supplied instructions.
