Prints amazing color photos. Not super fast but it's not super slow. But prints great! No issues and the monthly cartridge refill program is definitely worth it!

The Brother 3720 was the perfect choice for our small business operations. It has provided flawless copies with reproducing the exact color for our logo. Great product!

Overall, the quality of this all in one printer is excellent. While the toner is quite expensive, it's definitely worth the money, especially if you intend to use this machine frequently (High Efficiency). For the price, I think it's the top competitor in the market for similar products. I love the bluetooth and wireless features and their new app.

Best to get a legible dark clear copy. A little slow, but that's ok.
Problems: Not easy to cancel a job if you realize you've made a mistake. You can't really cancel it from the machine, you have to dig into your print queue on your computer.
Additionally, the home button, along with the backup and the cancel button, are not lit up, and they are hard to see. So I had to print labels and tape them above the spots your need to press.

Once the product was connected to my computer, it worked great! The wireless setup didn't work and locked up my wireless function on my computer. When I used a printer cable, it worked great. Contacting customer service has been next to impossible.

I needed a printer that would print legal sized paper without having to get up and adjust every time. This does not provide that convenience. However, it is not hard to do once you figure it out. Secondly, and the most annoying and crippling feature is that when they decide you are out of ink-you are out. The printer doesn't print in a lighter shade for a period of time, it just stops and locks down. If you don't have a spare on hand, as I did not, you cannot print another thing until you get it. The ink that came with the printer did not last very long. I am hoping that it was a sample amount or something and this is not the case with all the ink. If that is so, I'm going to regret this purchase.
The original Brother toner cartridges that came with the Brother MFCL3720CDW are starter Black Toner Cartridge yields approximately 1,000 pages. Starter Cyan, Magenta, Yellow Toner Cartridges yields approximately 1,000 pages.
If your machine's cyan, magenta, or yellow toners run out, you can choose Mono in the printer driver to allow you to keep printing. You'll be able to keep printing until the black toner runs out. When the black toner runs out, you won't be able to print until you replace it. We can help with that. I have included a link to the FAQ answer that should assist you. Please follow all the steps listed in the following link:

I really like this printer, it prints very well, my only small issue is that after it prints the paper is slightly curled! Otherwise, it’s a really good and fast printer!

This is the best printer I have ever bought. It is easy to set up to get started with clear set up instructions. The only downfall is the black ink/toner got depleted amazingly fast.
