I am very happy with this Brother printer. It’s quiet, prints well and very easy to use. Delivery was fast. Printer was packed well. Easy to install.

Before I purchased this Brother printer I purchased Epson. I returned it and purchased Canon. I also returned it. I wanted a color printer that scans and faxes. And efficient for my purposes. The Brother was an easy set up for me. And I did it myself. And I am not a spring chicken. Which means anyone can set it up. The print and the color is excellent. I love my printer

Purchase the Brother printer on the recommendation of a friend. I don't use my printer very often; maybe 3 or 4 times a week. I was tired of blocked ink jets and dried ink in my old printer. This appears to be the correct solution to my problem and in addition the print quality is fantastic.

Prints amazing color photos. Not super fast but it's not super slow. But prints great! No issues and the monthly cartridge refill program is definitely worth it!

Love this printer. We bought a different $40 inkjet and realized how much ink it wastes and what a scam those ink cartridges are. We returned it and decided to just pull the trigger on this one for 10x the price, but we don't regret it one bit. Prints come out extremely crisp and high quality. Hope to have this printer for the next 10 years.

The printer was easy to set up and works perfectly. Scans, copies and prints great.

A few years back, I had a Brother laser jet printer, but decided to sell it and get a small, color inkjet printer to give space to my office. After about a month or so using an inkjet, I regretted selling off my old Brother laser printer. After trying to print decent documents to make them look professional or print a decent picture, I gave up and bought a new Brother Laser Jet 3720. I'm not going to use the Refresh Subscription and I have that option not to, Other High End Printer Brands require this service to use some of their apps to do the same job as this Brother 3720 Laser Jet Printer. The scanning option is excellent if you have multiple pages to scan into one file. The scanned document looks as good as the original! The colors aren't the best for printing a picture to frame, but the colors in a small picture on a document are very good and clear, not pixelated,

We recently purchased the Brother printer. It arrived on time. Installing was easy. Print quality was very good. You have the options of prin, fax, and scan all in one machine. Highly recommend >

Easy to set up and prints beautifully. I am very pleased with this Brother color laser printer. I had an expensive HP color laser that rarely worked, was always “off line” and was impossible to get to work. This Brother is so much better and I can’t be more pleased.

Bought this to replace an aging HP laserjet 400 series color printer. This has the advantage of costing less while being AIO. In my home office, it's much quieter than the HP. Initially, this was a protest purchase given HP's subscription imposition, but I'm glad I've got it now.

Works great. I switched over to brother years ago after having numerous problems with other printers. This printer does everything I need it to do in a home environment and was super easy to set up and start using. Says its not for pictures, but the color is amazing and prints pictures great

Easy setup. Printer prints fast. Toner is reasonable priced.

Best to get a legible dark clear copy. A little slow, but that's ok. Problems: Not easy to cancel a job if you realize you've made a mistake. You can't really cancel it from the machine, you have to dig into your print queue on your computer. Additionally, the home button, along with the backup and the cancel button, are not lit up, and they are hard to see. So I had to print labels and tape them above the spots your need to press.

Overall, the quality of this all in one printer is excellent. While the toner is quite expensive, it's definitely worth the money, especially if you intend to use this machine frequently (High Efficiency). For the price, I think it's the top competitor in the market for similar products. I love the bluetooth and wireless features and their new app.

Once the product was connected to my computer, it worked great! The wireless setup didn't work and locked up my wireless function on my computer. When I used a printer cable, it worked great. Contacting customer service has been next to impossible.

The Brother 3720 was the perfect choice for our small business operations. It has provided flawless copies with reproducing the exact color for our logo. Great product!
