Price was right, delivery quick, set-up easy - need I say more? Wife is a teacher and prints a lot at home. We've been through several printers over the last couple years and have been continuously getting better quality models. This model caught my eye when reviewing a few different models and so far - so good.

Great all-in-one printer that makes copies, faxes, scans, and prints. Only glitch is that the software that comes with it is out-dated for Apple computers. CD provided won't work. You must download the current drivers from Brother's website.

Great experience with my first Brother printer. Loved the no charge next day delivery from Best Buy. Very easy to setup and understand all of the functions. Love this printer and all of its features. Like to way it scans right to the computer and directly to e-mail.

I like to just put things together... well, AFTER I read ALL the directions the installation and Nuance tutorial went very smoothly. The Nuance software is limitless - this printer allows me to work from home. I have had zero problems.

The printer is great, everything here listed is amazing. The print speed appears to be lower than advertised, however, that may just be perception. Definitely 5* printer.

This is a great fax and printer with many useful features. The main reason it was purchased was to send faxes from many PC, and this works well. The only set back is that to use the remote fax feature additional software has to be installed on each station, but the software is a small file that runs in the background and doesn't interfere with other programs.

The printer has a professional printer look and feel about it and is ruggedly constructed (for the office environment). Follow the installation manual and everything will install correctly the fist time, unlike some other brands I will not mention. The FAX works over my VoIP (MagicJack) without a problem!!!!! Three FAX speeds are offered and the lower (9600 bps) is suggested for VoIP, although I'm using the 33.6Kbps with no issues. Yea! Scanning provides options for specific task and it is FAST. I love technology when it works as expected. Network Wireless Printing works well with the PC & Android devices. I just set the printer up yesterday and cannot comment on ink usage and trust the previous reviews on that issue. When I had an HP installed, I called HP Support for assistance with a printer driver conflict in Win 7. They held out their hand asking for my Credit Card info. Well, with Brother Support, they support their products for the life of the product without asking for your money. It's a great Printer, FAX, Scanner, Copier, Photo Printer for the Home and small office.

I did a lot of comparison before i made the choice for the brother. I am glad i did , it was easy to hook up,the ink cost looks like it will be cheaper. The print quality is good this machine will do a lot more than i need it to do ,but it's nice to know it's there if i need it. If you are looking for a good all around machine this is the one to get. Brother has put a lot of technology in to there products , it not all about the money .

REALLY LIKE IT - LOVE THE PRICE It does it all I am going to buy a bigger printer because of the quality of this one.
