    Bought this for my wife and she loves it. Was a little hesitant due to it costings a little more than some others. After she used it the first time it is money well spent and worth every penny. Could not be happier with this purchase.

    The machine is not so easy to connect without the correct equipment and it practically cannot be used with a Mac since you have to install other apps and in the end the print quality is not so good.

    Very happy with this purchase, sublimation colors have come out beautiful. Just remember when you first print the print looks faded, the colors come out once you apply heat

    Best buy's description of this item helped me decide to go ahead and purchase my b printer. Ordering wasn't hard and it was available sooner than expected. I had zero issues with picking up the item from the store. Never had an issue with Best Buy, ever! Oh, and i live the printer
