I noticed when you use generic toners which causes problems for printer for some odd reasons. We had to buy branded name toners instead and it has worked well!

Staff at BB store were customer friendly and knowledgeable. Easy method to purchase products online. I will continue to use online purchase method for all my buying needs.

They are VERY EXPENSIVE, and do not give a long enough life. I am also experiences "marks" on my print-outs that is a problem. I do not recommend this product, and regret having made the purchase.
