The toner cartridge was easy to install, created no mess whatsoever, and prints beautifully.

I never know what to expect when buying toner. Do I go generic or keep with brand name? I first bought generic and was so disappointed. Had quite a mess on my hands (literally). Switched over to Brand name and I guess the old adage - you get what you pay for is VERY true. I'm very happy with this purchase. Price good as well.

I like the quality of the official Brother toner cartridges. This one is the high capacity cartridge. Only need about 1 per year.

It is extremely easy to install the new cartridges and convenient to just place them back in the box they came in and send them back with the self addressed return label. It is very clean as well. I am very pleased with the fact that the cartridges seem to last long, this is my first purchase since buying the new printer.
