Decent price on a toner cartridge. The cartridge is about two-thirds of the price of a new printer. This seems to be the pricing strategy for printers these days. You get about the number of pages advertised on the cartridge.

The brother printer is an excellent tool for my small business. The ink toner cartridge comes with instructions that make it easy to install. I use them on a daily basis and have never been disappointed. I recommend these products every chance I get with friends and associates. Thanks Best Buy!

I went to the local Best Buy store when my first cartridge went empty within a week of purchase of my printer. I gave the make, model and product number to the sales rep and he obtained the package. I asked why the numbers didn't match and he said it was the right one anyway. When I got home, it was clearly not the right cartridge but significantly larger than the machine. I returned the cartridge to the same store and was told I could not return it since the package was open. After much discussion and condescending attitudes and remarks, they agreed to exchange but took away the discounts which were still in effect for the replacement product and charged me more than the same cartridge was online. I will never go back to that Best Buy store. I could not find any way of registering a complaint until now. I will consider ordering online since it is significantly cheaper than in the store and I will not be so poorly treated by a machine I hope. The product seems to be be lasting longer and does give a nice crisp copy although it is pricier than my other machines' cartridges have been.

This is the regular cartridge that one uses with the brother printer, and buying it a Best Buy one can get the best price, and it works great.

Toner cartridge extremely easy to install and toner quality very good. Open the package and slide cartridge right in. All there is to it. Reasonably priced.

This does the job. I love laser printers they cost less for ink.

I went to Best Buy to to get a new Brother Toner and was told they didn't have that one in stock. But they did order it for me, and I received it direct in the mail within four days. I have always found Best Buy employees to be very good.

I really like these cartridges. They are for home use only & they seem to last a long time for my family. It's easy to use, a simple in & out replacement procedure. Recycling the empty cartridge is convenient – I put it in the return shipping box using the provided return label & put it in my mailbox. Ordering online is ideal as it arrives within 3 days or less. This sure beats the old inkjet cartridges with all that ink mess. There’s no mess with this cartridge. We’ve used many of them without any problem & will continue to do so.

It was just what I needed for the printer. It was just sitting on the shelf and nobody knew what was wrong with it. The only thing I needed was for someone to put the printer in my car. Took the printer to Best Buy and they said, the printer told them what it needed. I went to the section of what I needed, the salesperson helped me find it, and he put it on and it worked like a charm.
