I did not get the amount of print as it says it would print out… if you wanna reach the amount of prints that are advertised you must use draft quality prints. Honestly though it’s cheaper than ink.

It was very helpful to call in my order for my printer cartridge because the salesperson was able to direct me to which store had the cartridge as I needed to print some things right away

We purchased online to pick up in store. Got to the office and realized we ordered incorrectly. The staff was very helpful and courteous. We will definitely be buying with Best Buy in the future.

It's toner. I think the branded cartridges work better.

High Yield is just that. We get much more consistent printing capabilities with the High Yield toner cartridge and I don't have to constantly run to to the store to restock.

Supposed to yield 3000 images. I got less than 1000. It is an overpriced piece of crap.

I have not received my order, I received confirmation about DoorDash picked up order but I did not receive it ?

Had nothing but sub-par quality from the brother printer this is for. First, the printer which should come with a standard yield cartridge which is supposed to be good for roughly 1200 pages started telling me I was low after just 400 pages of basic text. I'm not printing pictures or anything that uses a large amount toner. I got brother to replace that and send me a new standard yield. That one according to printout from the printer lasted for about 1,100 pages before quality actually degraded (and it wanted to try and force me to replace before that). I bought the 2 pack of the XL that is supposed to last for roughly 3,000 pages. The first one tried to force me to replace it after 2,000 pages. I forced it to keep going via the secret menu and it printed another 500 pages before getting noticeable print quality issues. So I got 2,500 pages out of something that should get 3,000 with average use. The stuff I am printing is basic text. No way should I be coming in so far under the average. We'll see how it holds up with the 2nd XL, but considering the quality I've gotten with this brother, I doubt I am going to be getting another brother next time I need another printer.
