I like that I get my product when I need it, but would prefer that they warn you when they are going to send the product so that you know the charge is going to come through your account on file.

Ink is great but the price is high. We appreciate low prices on business expenses so I decided to start purchasing else where.

I had my printer registered for tonner replacement and then when I moved it said I need to register my printer again. So I wasn't able to get the toner replacement at all..

This program is great. I receive new toner cartridges before I run out which is helpful for my home office.

this feels expensive but its worth it. The ink arrives exactly when you are about to run out.

This toner is ok, but I don't believe I get the number of prints that it says I suppose too.

I signed up for the automatic toner replenishment program through a recommendation of a store employee. It sounded great. I followed all the steps required to sign up but have yet to have toner delivered to my home. Went back to the store to get assistance and NO ONE could help. Do not recommend this service.

Absolutely no way to activate this service. Email is useless, all the links in the email that are SUPPOSSED to help me enroll in the service, just take me to the to Best Buy main page. Awful product.

Did not last after printing less than 100 pages. Since it came with the printer I wouldn't mind because I will not buy such a Toner.
