This printer is amazing, doesn't take long to print copies, make gift cards, very quiet when incoming fax, its a plain great purchase for a home.

Compact easy set up for home computer center quick printing and scanning

Easy to set up and works really well for a compact printer! Love the scanning ability.

While this is a printer with many features, it was very very difficult to install compared to the previous Brother that I had. Previously, the computer detected a new add-on and asked if it should be activated and you replied "yes" and you were done. This printer required almost 2 hours of difficult installation. Later, an update was downloaded and once again it would not work until ... the update was deleted! Lately manufacturers are making it more and more difficult to do things that were once very simple to do. Another example of this is alarm clocks.

Great printer that performs as expected. This brand has been quality built and has lasted for me in the past.

It took a while, but eventually I got it to work. The control panel gave me some difficulty at first, but otherwise it seems to be working well. If I understand it correctly, the printer is not equipped for faxing (although I have yet to plug a phone line into it)

Best overall printer you can buy. I only recommend this to anyone who asks me what to buy. These are also the ones I deploy at work when employees need printers at home. The ink is almost 50% less than other brands. The printer is also a great size and easy to setup and use.

Had a printer that I could not make it work with my WiFi, so I bought this Brother printer. It works great with my iPhone, iPad and MacBook. I would recommend this printer to anyone looking for a simple basic computer.

It does not feel as solid as an HP, but so far it works fine. It was cheaper, maybe you get what you paid for, or maybe it was an incredible value. So far, other than the slightly complicated (but not impossible) set up, I am very satisfied.

Was a little difficult to set up, but seems to be working fine now. The printer seems to print well. The Brothers app didn’t set up properly so I don’t have that. I did not like that BestBuy doesn’t keep the toner in stock. I have to order it and it worries me that I’ll be left without while waiting.

I specifically purchased this wonder of a printer because I have two other inkjet tank printers that would have heather not clean print on envelopes . In other words I needed a new printer that would print superbly and this one is exceptional if you need an extra printer lets say to print envelopes from , I am very pleased and happy having this new Brother printer . I recommend it as a must purchase if you are going to print No 10 envelopes for mailing work . Have a terrific day everyone. My second Brother printer in 15 years. Like my last printer, this one is reliable and does a fine printing job. WiFi works. Great quality printing. Finer speed. No jams. No issues.

It was an easy set up. Both color and Black & White printing were good but the ink runs out quickly. Text is clear, and the color graphics came out accurately with no smearing or graininess. The two-sided printing feature is reliable and a must-have for me. The Work Smart 1360 is a good choice for anyone who needs a dependable, high-quality, and frustration-free home printer.

Absolutely love my brothers printer. Mild in sound, prints bright pages, no smearing. Price was a little over $100 but absolutely worth it

Good so far. Had some issues during initial set up trying to use the LCD screen. Found it MUCH easier to use the phone app instead. Brother Customer Service could not help with using the LCD screen setup. Scan and print quality is good. Replaces an HP printer which I have just had it with. Four star ease of use reflects my setup experience but once that's done it is easy to use.
