This was a great purchase. It was very easy to operate with the geek squad guides.

Was easy to setup and use. Was able to mak copies right out of the box.

Overall i'm glad I purchased the brother printer. I like being able to print from home. I'm not too tech savvy and was able to connect a cord from the printer to my laptop and was able to easily print what I needed.

So far so good. Printers are one of those things that seem to need replacing every couple of years. This one was easy to install. Only drawback is it is quite slow and makes a bit of noise.

I was able to get it set up and working without having a psychological meltdown. I need a printer/copier for limited home use and at $110 this printer is a bargain.

This Is a good printer the only reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 for ease of use is because it was a little difficult for me to upload the software to my computer. I have to uninstall and reinstall the software to my computer.

I had this printer a few weeks and it has performed without any issues. I have done a fair amount of printing of pictures and documents.

Does everything I need it to do and like it's small foot print. Very easy to set up!

Easy to set up and worked first time. This printer replaces an Epson that was nothing but trouble.

A good printer. Perfect for my location which is a built in book shelf arrangement, only about 12" of vertical space. Wireless printing worked right from first print, without any IT heroics necessary.

This is my second Brother copy/scanner. In-between i bought an HP, which never mer expectations. Brother is easy to set up and printing from PC, Tablet or Phone is a breeze

I have only used it once so far and it’s been helpful. At first there was a printing issue but then my husband was able to figure it out and after that no problems.

Reliable and efficient to navigate for a home setting.

I bought this to replace a 20 year old heavily used HP that had worked great. My criteria was it had to fit in a tight spot and have individual ink tanks. The print quality is just OK even on "Best quality" The screen is hard to read and setup takes a while. It is slow compared to my old printer. Choices like DPI when scanning aren't great. I should have kept looking.......

It's a good laptop, too bad we had to get a laser printer so got to return this one.

It is really an improvement a step up from my previous printer and makes copying scanning printing much more efficient and easier There are more options to make it easier if you have a lot of pages to scan and or print

Amazing product. A little slow at times but it prints beautifully.
