Work very smoothly and quiet,and its very convenient for small spaces and the best of all you can install it in your phone and print from there ,it’s amazing

I bought this printer for a family member, whose Epson printer died. I like the print speed of this printer. The user interface is very simple - it defaults to copying, so it's very easy to walk up to it and make a photocopy. Good price point

Absolutely love my brothers printer. Mild in sound, prints bright pages, no smearing. Price was a little over $100 but absolutely worth it

It was an easy set up. Both color and Black & White printing were good but the ink runs out quickly. Text is clear, and the color graphics came out accurately with no smearing or graininess. The two-sided printing feature is reliable and a must-have for me. The Work Smart 1360 is a good choice for anyone who needs a dependable, high-quality, and frustration-free home printer.

My new Brother printer is working fine and is all I need for the printing jobs I do. It is a little bit louder than my old printer but not real loud. I use mainly for printing things like e-mails and for coping. I would recommend it for general printing needs.

My wife needed a new printer. I chose the Brother brand. It had good reviews. The setup was straightforward. So far, my wife has used it quite a bit with no problems.

Good so far. Had some issues during initial set up trying to use the LCD screen. Found it MUCH easier to use the phone app instead. Brother Customer Service could not help with using the LCD screen setup. Scan and print quality is good. Replaces an HP printer which I have just had it with. Four star ease of use reflects my setup experience but once that's done it is easy to use.

Was a little difficult to set up, but seems to be working fine now. The printer seems to print well. The Brothers app didn’t set up properly so I don’t have that. I did not like that BestBuy doesn’t keep the toner in stock. I have to order it and it worries me that I’ll be left without while waiting.

Set up wasn’t the easiest. Directions wasn’t as clear as I thought. Could not get it to connect to WiFi according to the machine. I finally went to my router and it said it was connected so I picked it from there and it started working. I only had it a week or so and already getting an error message and it’s not printing. Had to forget device on my laptop and find it again and it worked. Also the machine is loud and clunky. It does print fast on regular document but if you have a document you saved as jpeg it takes a long time to print felt like a minute. Really slow. I don’t print pics but another program I have if you save something it saves as jpeg. Haven’t tried to print from my phone yet, so unsure how that going to work. It wasn’t an expensive printer so what should I expect. That one reason I bought a cheap one bec all brands seem to have problems. I don’t feel like I have got a fortune in it if I decide to trash it.

Fairly easy set-up; we set it up through our phone. It did take about 15-20 minutes but has been working great! It's a good color inkjet printer for home use so far (we've had it less than a week), but we did switch to the Brother brand from always having an HP all-in-one printers in the past based on a Brother laserjet we have had for years! Hopefully this will have a longer life for us as well.

Would be 5 stars if the instructions were complete. The instructions advised users not go on the computer but to go on their smart phone. Set up on the computer is the way to go. The printer is wonderful. Works well as expected and if it is like my previous Brother printer will print on for years.

I bought this printer as a replacement for my 15 year old Brother printer. So far, I am pleased with my purchase.

Easy to set up with Win11 set up process. Print quality looks good. Ongoing software updates are easy to apply. I had my last Brother MFC printer for 12 years and it still worked. Just time to get the latest model. Printers are inexpensive; the real cost is ink. Brother ink (or 3rd party) is pretty reasonably priced.

Printer works great. Nice to print remotely. Don’t use it often.

My 2nd brother machine at this price range. I don't understand how they make an auto feed machine that will flip and print on both sides so inexpensive. Print quality is fantastic. Photocopier is amazing and making prints of photographs via copier is great quality for framing. A++. Easy setup, so easy

Our previous Canon printer died in the middle of something we needed printed immediately and I'd had enough. This one was slightly smaller, had all the same features, ink cost $15 less (for the full set) AND most importantly, it sets up in abut 10 minutes flat. And that is with adding multiple networks to it with passwords! Our old printer barely coped with the one! App is also super easy to use and printing truly is easy peasy from all of our mobile/portable devices in the house. PLUS with the app, I can send items from my phone (no matter where I am) to my printer at home! Absolutely brilliant!

New printer is working well. A few issues in set up but in the end it's OK.

This is a great printer. I highly recomend! Very compact.
