Can’t forget to mention the staff who helped me pick this one. The machine can fast scan documents for me, photocopy , print and even has the mobile app that I can print straight from my phone. All guests in my office can print as long as they’re connected to my internet. Wow

The printer seems to print well. The Brothers app didn’t set up properly so I don’t have that. I did not like that BestBuy doesn’t keep the toner in stock. I have to order it and it worries me that I’ll be left without while waiting.

Between me trying to do it myself, Total Tech support, FIOS support, back to Total Tech and, when they couldn’t get it fixed, Brother support…. It probably added up to a total of 8 hours total. Now that it’s working, I love it but it certainly is t plug and play.

And it powers up when you hit print after it has been off for some time, No more getting up and going to the room where the printer is to turn it on manually. And Best Buy had it to me in one day with free shipping.

The only issue is the quality of prints for photos could be a little better but appart from that its great for what I want it for. Its a good buy for the price

The instructions advised users not go on the computer but to go on their smart phone. Set up on the computer is the way to go. The printer is wonderful. Works well as expected and if it is like my previous Brother printer will print on for years.
