It works great after the set up.

The black ink in the starter kit burst and thankfully Best Buy replaced it without and issue. The new cartridge would not load properly so I had to troubleshoot with a Brother agent who was very helpful. Once the unit began to work properly, I have no complaints.

Great for the basics!

I've had previous Brother printers and have always had great luck with them! I used the front panel set up, which is said to be not as easy as setup from the app. Despite this, it was still quick and easy to set up. My usage needs are very low, I've only printed a few pages in the past few weeks. Based on printing on standard inkjet paper I'm not sure how great graphic quality will be, but if you're not looking for a photo printer I think this will suit your needs well!

Im glad i did because every week my HP printer would go offline for no apparent reason. Ive always had Brother printers with no issues.
