one of the better ipad keyboards

Best Buy acknowledges this is the case and feels NO obligation to help. This was confirmed to me today, with no embarrassment, by RYAN, the store manager of the Best Buy in Greenville SC. Literally, with no apology or embarassment.

won’t come on
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.bought this keyboard for my ipad air 5th gen. upon first use, i charged the keyboard, turned it on, and was able to successfully pair it with my ipad. since then however, i will make sure to charge the keyboard and upon unplugging it to use it, the keyboard will not come on. i have tried different chargers to make sure that wasn’t the problem, left it on the charger for two days at a time, and still no connection. while it’s charging the light will come on green and then turn red, but upon me using it, i will press the power button and no light comes on at all. i contacted the manufacturer, so i’m still waiting for a solution. very upset because i purchased this for college and now i’m having to go through loopholes to get this resolved. i would give zero stars but i do indeed like the actual case for the ipad, the keyboard just won’t work.
