    I purchased this network drive as a repository for all of our families pictures. I had hoped that each of my children would download their pictures onto this network drive and we would all have access to any picture. This product does not support remote transfer of folders and only supports remote file transfers. This makes building a repository for all of our pictures very difficult, if not impossible. I was very happy with the support I received during installation and the performance is not great; but it reasonable when you consider that it is mirroring every file as it is loaded. What is more frustrating is that I can folder transfer from my computer to the network drive because it is on the same network; but my children cannot due this remotely.
