    Bought because I needed more space for my iTunes, ran out of space on my 4TB drive. When I hooked up this 8TB external drive all that was available was 6TB. Called to complain, was told that included programs take up space, 2TB? Space used only shows as 2GB, not sure where the rest is. Got a WB 8TB, shows as 8TB when hooked up, guess I'll stick with them.
