    This product has a useless Warranty. We bought this at a local Brick and Mortar thinking we would have support if we needed it. NOT! When we had a problem we were told they couldn't help us and that we needed to call Buffalo. Buffalo immediately told us it was not covered. USELESS! Went for the Buffalo based on several reviews telling us it was an under rated brand. Don't believe it. Our MiniStation was connected to the computer continuously and when we disconnected it from the 3.0 connection the entire plug came out of the housing. Buffalo said that was our fault and must have occurred from misuse. You be the judge... But like I always say: "I Know Nothing!"
