The crew that came to deliver my new freezer & haul away the huge broken chest freezer had a difficult task because of its size. They helped me operate the bilko door which I was unfamiliar with (I recently moved & had never used it), and even helped wipe up the drips in the floor. A very pleasant experience after the unpleasant, expensive occurrence of losing a full freezer of food.

It took 4 appointments to finally get the refrigerator installed. I wast told by the sales team at Pacific sales that the haul away of the existing built in Sub Zero and installation of a standard size refrigerator would not be problem. I provided pictures and measurements to confirm before I purchased my new fridge. Everyone said it would not be problem. 1st attempt, a four man crew came out and looked at the existing fridge and said it couldn't be done without taking the whole unit apart. They left without even touching it. 2nd attempt, no one even showed up. 3rd attempt, the guy who specializes in removing built in units came out out. He pulled it out of its space and informed me that the water line needed to be repaired before he could finish the installation of the new fridge. 4th attempt, after the water line was repaired, the built in specialist came out and finished the removal and installation. Needless to say 4 times is unacceptable. The only positive is that it was still cheaper than having Home Depot do a haul away/ install.

Best Buy failed here. Ordered new fridge as old one died. Built in. Show up 2 hours later than scheduled (7-1, arrived at 3) and could not install as the did not have right equipment. Rescheduled. Next tech shows up and says he cannot do. After calling support (and them calling contractor) we managed to get done but very frustrating

Removal of old Viking Refrigerator and delivery of new Whirlpool Refrigerator went smoothly. Installers were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful.

Best Buy, your haul-away service is a disappointment. So far, we’re on our 3rd attempt. First time, two guys said they couldn’t remove the built in claiming they need 4 guys for the job. Second time, today was a no-show despite BestBuy flooding my inbox and text messages that they are coming. The biggest disappointment was a text message saying they would be at my house in 7 minutes. Now we’re on the third attempt. Have had to reschedule necessary travel twice (for which I’ve suffered consequences) for Best Buy’s nonsense. Best Buy, if you can’t deliver on your services, don’t offer them. It’s only fair to your customers.

The haul away was performed quickly without incident and I will be using it on a smoker that I purchased and it should be here on April 17.

Even though we made several requests and took off work 4 times to wait for them, the Best Buy delivery people from Geek squad never showed up to haul away the old fridge. Every week they came up with a new lame excuse and kept booking a new appointment but never showed up to the house. Five weeks later we finally decided to give it away and my husband broke his back helping to lift and carry it out to the truck. 4 months later he had to have hernia surgery … I will never buy any appliances at Best buy after this experience. Too bad they got this well deserved reputation for the worst Customer service, because the new fridge is awesome…

WISH I HAD MORE TO WRITE ABOUT, BUT HAUL AWAY HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED BECAUSE NEW FRIDGE IN STILL UNAVAILABLE.

Horrible. DId not pick up and it was rescheduled numerous times. In store customer service and salespeople did not put in the correct address, we were ghosted. Horrible. THank goodness for one professional manager that really went above and beyond to get it resolved after 4 tries. Jose the salesperson that put in the wrong address - ghosted me.

Overall good buy and highly recommend this product.

the guys that came to haul away my giant 48" side by side fridge were fantastic. They acted like it was no big deal. Very friendly and polite.

Despite having clear instructions that this was a built-in unit on the order sheet, Best Buy kept sending people (seemed like they are a third-party) to remove the built-in that had inadequate equipment, people, and skill. They had to come out 3 times before they were able to move the built-in. They come out with basically 2 skinny 90 pound guys and no dolly, and looked at the built-in and said something like "we can't move this". Then they reschedule and come out and say the same thing again, "we can't move this". Had to take off work 3 times. I this if you have a regular refrigerator you are okay with haul away service. But if you have any kind of built-in type refrigerator they can't handle the job.

Best Buy haul away service is awesome. For a very small fee I had my old non working washer hauled away and my new washer delivered. It was so simple and easy to arrange and I had to do nothing.

Just as promised the Best Buy team delivered The new and took away the old frig without a hitch. We would use them again for the next appliances that croak.
