They were definite pros and knew what they were doing. Took meticulous care to balance and level everything. Unfortunately, the unit (freezer) is defective so they will get to do it again when the replacement Viking arrives.

Had to order a 2nd one as the first one was damaged, but the rep took care of it without any questions and we had a new one within 2 weeks. Install went without issues.

Was a suggested purchase by bestbuy sales representative to insure on delay during the installation. That part of install went smoothly.

I love this Viking Refrigerator. Has all the room I need for my family. A little pricey, but Viking has a great reputation. My first Viking Refrigerator lasted twenty years. You can't expect more than that.

Great product! So far we love it better than any other refrigerator we ever had, even better than our Sub-Zero. Installers were great.

You need to install a new water liner when installing a new frig, don't use the old one which could leak.

Refrigerator install was perfect, Jim at A and J installations did our entire kitchen install and he was outstanding, Pacific Sales and Jonny were great insuring we got a Wolf Subzero certified Installer

This was the third attempt at getting my refrigerator panels installed and, for the third time in a row, they were a NO SHOW. They never even called me either. I had to call them to check status along the way. They led me on that it was going to happen. And then no word the day of the installation. We are extremely frustrated and disappointed with Best Buy. I have lost all faith that I will ever get my refrigerator panels installed! I would have rated no stars if it was possible.

My Built in refrigerator install, which I paid for a four man crew. The first time they came out four guys came out and managed to break the water line to the fridge. Then I got stood up by three other install crews. The final time, I was insured that the proper team would be out to bring my new replacement fridge…they sent two guys and rather than install a new one, they easily fixed the initial one that was delivered.

Installation was challenging but they finally made it work.

If I could give this a negative number I would. The third party guys are great. However, I can’t get Best Buy to help me. Purchased an expensiveJenn-Aire refrigerator. It came with a separate door kit which doesn’t fit. The third party guys need parts, Best Buy has no idea what I’m talking about and they keep rescheduling the installation with no parts. Hard to speak to anyone who has a clue what to do. Horrible, horrible service.

Beat Buy installation techs are professional and really did it right from setting up, setting the temp and removing al the plastic that comes on this fridge.

These guys have provided me outstanding service for 5 years. I was ready to trash a lap top and they kept it working for the last 5 years. They are a tremendous value.
