The car chase through San Francisco by Steve McQueen's character set the table for future car chases in the movies that followed it. The confrontation throughout the movie was well done between Steve McQueen and Robert Vaughn.

It had been many years since I had seem Bullitt and was surprised at how much I had forgotten. The car chase is a classic and one of my favorite movie scenes of all time. Definitely a must see picture.

Always loved this film for the epic car chase through San Francisco. This could never be done today. Nobody is a smooth and cool as McQueen. Lalo Schifrin’s score is acid jazz at its best.

One of the most iconic car/guy/cool movies ever. McQueen plays a detective who is trying find out who killed a very important witness to a crime syndicate who was under police custody. Best car chase scene ever!

This film is shot in San Francisco on location around the city is what maked it so special, like General Hospital, Mark Hopkins Hotel, also Embarcadero Hotel (no longer there)with top actors

Bullitt was a great movie when it came out and one of the first car chase movies that gave way to other greats like the French Connection and eventually the Fast and Furious movies.

The quality of the classic movie is awesome best car chase scene of all time. The extra features in this movie make it a bargain at this price as I never see it on tv anymore.

I put off buying this movie for a long time because I read a review saying the blu-ray wasn't great. Boy were they wrong. Way, Way better than the DVD and the price was definitely right.

As usual Steve McQueen makes a great movie. It has an awesome car chase scene, suspense, thrill, shootings, death, crime and just about everything else you could want in a great action film.

I never saw this all the way thru, looks great on Blu-Ray, the car chase scenes are stellar!!! This is the Godfather to any of the Fast & Furious style of movies, but much better.
