Works well as intended. The only downside for me was them needing to enter the code manually. In some cases, they had me do it. Felt bad for holding up the line

I received the gift card via email and successfully added it to the app without any issues. The problem is that when I try to use it at a BK location without the app, none of the employees seem to know what to do with it. I don't know what they were doing because I don't work there, but I think they were trying to process it as a debit/credit card because they said their computer indicated "payment declined," but that's beside the point. Essentially, the only way I can use the gift card that's guaranteed to work is through the app, which has worse coupons/offers compared to ordering in person and providing a code.
