    After I bought a rollator that was too heavy for me to raise it into my car, I looked for a lightweight product. byAcre is a dream product. Forget about the cost. You do get what you pay for. This is a rollator that I can close and pick up. I feel stable walking with it. It seems both well made and reliable.

    Initially nice. A wheel broke already, it is stuck and won't move. This is all in under 2 weeks of having it. Part of the rollator is scratched on one side towards the bottom. Trying to contact byacre about it. Unable to get through to BestBuy CS!! This is absurd.

    LOVE it! The design and ergonomics are perfect. At 10 lbs, I snap closed in one pull use the handrail to walk up stairs sbd then unfold in one motion. Easy to place in my car trunk or stowe at restaurants. So stylish!! Keeps me mobile and attracts lots of attention for its good looks. My PT and rehab Dr are VERY pleased.
