I had never seen Chud 2 before had seen the video box as a child and read reviews that it wasn't great and was barely related to original film and after watching it I have to agree. I purchased it cause it was on sale for a reduced cost and the transfer looks good and the special features especially the commentary is interesting. If you are collecting these lions gate vestron releases I would recommend it.

C.H.U.D. II: Bud the C.H.U.D. would be a pretty good Return of the Living Dead sequel (which it was, nearly), so it's better if you forget about it having much of anything to do with C.H.U.D. it's not a, shall we say, great movie, but if you like your comedy (very) lowbrow and have a fondness for Gerritt Graham (Used Cars), it might be worth looking into.

I watched this movie with low expectations, as others who I know had seen it and considered Chud 2 an absolute waste of time. Usually when I expect the worst in a movie, it is possible to be pleasantly surprised-- and this was one of those cases, kind of. I bought this movie because I am collecting the whole Vestron Collectors Series, and this was definitely not among the best Lionsgate has released in the series. But as long as you are able to turn off your brain, you may be entertained for a while. Keep in mind, the script to this movie was originally written as a Return of the Living Dead sequel, but got rebranded somewhere in the process into a goofy take on CHUDs-- none of which are underground. If you (like myself) enjoy glorious examples of inept filmmaking, you should give this a chance.

I had never seen Chud 2 and heard it was a dud. Can’t say I disagree with that but the special features such as the interviews and commentaries made this even more interesting to me.

I knew this wasn't like the first CHUD before I bought this Blu-Ray. However, this movie is fun and the Blu-Ray was really good. They also did a good job on Chopping Mall.

Nothing like the first and that is its appeal just fun absurd viewing.

Yet another obscure release from the Vestron blu-ray series. As with most if not all of these Vestron releases, they are expensive and are for a limited group of people who like this kind of cheese. Fans buy with confidence & blind buyers should steer clear.

Vestron releases another forgotten classic, loaded with special features, great quality image & audio. Recommended to fans of 80's horror comedies.

This movie has nothing to do with the first film. This is a weaker horror film but does have a cult following.

If you liked this original you shouldn't go into the sequel expecting anything similar. It's great but completely different.

While not one of the BEST films of all time. It holds a special place in the hearts of many. Almost Comedic.

Close to $30 for flimsy eco-case with only 1 disc is ridiculously too high to pay.
