This unit is the dream remote system I have always wanted. It is so smart it always knows what device to control. My wife who is not tech savvy loves this thing. I have yet to have any issues and I have been using it for weeks now. Customer support is great and fast. I am now a CAAVhead and I am happy to be one.

This works great if you have multiple devices connected to you TV. Was easy to setup my Apple TV, Chromecast and Xbox.

Caavo Control Center is okay...I have a 2014 Sharp Smart TV, I have both Fire TV, Xfinity, PS3 and a Bose soundbar hooked to it. That's 5 remotes to start with and Caavo cut it down to 3. The Caavo remote, the Sharp TV remote and the PS3 remote. The control center will only turn my TV off but will not control the TV or the PS3...I must use the TV remote to turn it on, go to Netflix, Internet and any of the assortment of apps that come with the TV. It will control the Fire TV (which does include Netflix) and Xfinity and the voice control (you must pay extra for that) is nice but I get that with the Xfinity remote. Overall, I am okay with it but disappointed that it doesn't control the TV or PS3 and the only message from the controller is that it is being reported to Caavo as an issue but that has been 4 months now and nothing from Caavo!

I love my Caavo. As a cord cutter it has allowed me to consolidate all my streaming devices (Apple TV 4k, Nvidia Shield, Amazon FireTV, and Roku) into one easy to control system with one remote. Set up was very easy and I haven't had any glitches since setup. Highly recommended.

Overall the product is good. 4k works well. As of now, there is no way to launch TV (Antenna) from this device. This works well with other external devices such roku , fire tv and Xbox etc... If you are looking for good HDMI 2.0 switch to extend 4K connectivity , this is good choice with additional features like voice search etc..( monthly subscription required).

When it works, it works great. Problem is, you can't always count on that. I had issues with it turning on my TV, after learning the commands from the existing remote (It didn't have a 2 year old TCL in its database), the test works fine every time, but only about 1/2 the time does it work when you want it to. I love the HDMI hub idea, I just wish it worked all the time.

I love the system. I think they have done a good job with it. Don't bother paying the monthly subscription. If it's $.99 monthly then it's not bad but anything more than that it's useless. I got this when it was only $99. It was worth it. Still use it after a few years. I have had no problems. Great quality. Would I pay more than $100 for it? Maybe if I'm not on a budget.

Perfect for connecting multiple devices and needing one remote to control them all

I've been looking for a good universal remote for a while. I've tried different remotes but none met my needs. This one works great with my TiVo, Amazon Fire Stick, PS4 and my old Sharp Blu ray player. My Blu ray player had to be set up manually whereas my other devices were easily recognized. The only thing I don't like about this system is that it requires a service charge which you can pay monthly, yearly or lifetime.

Had some issue getting to work and I consider myself good at putting ad on's to my media systems set up then after about 30 minutes I realized the problem the unit will not work unless you purchase a service plan from them rather you want it or not so back to the store it went

I like the idea and set up of the Caavo but the console did not recognize my cable TV box. It works well for media devices like Apple TV or Amazon firestick but I have Spectrum TV and it just didnt work. Hopefully, a couple years down the road, Caavo will get it all figured out.

I bought two of these to put in my bedroom and living room. I've spent the last day watching in the living room and WOW! This is great! I currently have my Dish Network Hopper, ROKU, Apple TV, and Amazon Fire Cube hooked up. Yes, I know the streamers are redundant but I wanted to make sure they all worked. And they do! You might think setup would be complicated with this array of devices. You'd be wrong. The Control Center immediately identified each item and then walked me through the individual setups. There is a single remote control device that now controls ALL of the various connected devices. It works great, and switching between them is effortless. There is even the ability to use Alexa to help. There is a separate application you need to buy if you want to use some advanced features, though it isn't expensive (2 dollars a month up to 50 dollars for lifetime). The system will work without the app of course, it just enables searching for items across all of the attached gadgets. I am so pleased with the excellent hardware and software integration that I ordered the lifetime one, because this seller deserves all the support they can get. They've done an amazing job!

I was recommended this item by a great Best Buy employee after being disappointed with the Rocketfish HDMI switcher I had purchased due to its inability to manage my PS4 and another device. This control center is excellent and controls everything just as I needed! Highly recommend and the price was reasonable.

I bought this primarily so that my wife and kids do not have to change remotes for ever input device we use in the living room. And it absolutely has not disappointed. With everything turned off, I'll say "Watch ESPN". And 25 seconds later, boom, it's done. Then "Watch Netflix", and it happens too! It's truly great.

The CAAVO Control Center is an average device. The functions of the device work great, with integrating your streaming devices, game consoles, and more. Where the device struggles is, you have to pay to use the universal search feature (searches movies or tv shows across multiple streaming services, i.e. Netflix, Amazon Prime Video). But, the universal search feature is just poor. I canceled this feature, because I did not want to have to pay for a feature that is limited. Also, the voice feature on the remote is awful. It just searches on the universal searcher. You cannot ask questions for example. I wish CAAVO would partner with Google and make the voice feature on the remote work with the Google Assistant, since this device is powered by Android TV. My most favorite part of the device is, being able to quickly switch between my Chromecast or FireTV! Overall, the device is okay. Needs work.

Some short comings but overall a great product. Combines cable TV if you have it DVR and streaming devices into one as the product reviews say. Works with Alexa and Google home. My experience works better with Alexa. Short comings: sometimes turning tv on by voice commands is laggy buy a good product overall. I enjoy it. Bought mine on sale don't know if I would if it wasn't but I'm happy with it

Works great for controlling multiple inputs such as Fire TV, Roku, and Chromecast.

I recently purchased a PS4 so I had ran out of HDMI ports on my A/V receiver. This Caavo Control Center solved that problem perfectly. I now have my PS3, XBox One, XBox 360, and my Nintendo Classic all hooked up to this with easy switching between consoles. The setup could not have been any simpler.

Does a good job controlling multiple brands of devices. The monthly or annual fee is a little irritating. The remote buttons have multiple functions, which can be a little difficult to remember. But it does work better than any universal remote I've ever had.
