This Caavo was and is very easy to use and set up. Set up was very intuitive and support was accessible if needed. I ended up cancelling the subscription after 5 months but this works flawlessly and just makes the whole AV set up with TV so much easier now.

Great product. I have everything down to 1 remote now. It even controls my Xfinity X1 box. It can be a little slower than I like sometimes but it is not that sluggish. Also since it works with Google Home I can have it turn on the TV and change the channel from anywhere in the house.

The Caavo Control Center Entertainment Hub seamlessly connects and links many of your devices together so you don’t have to switch constantly through inputs on your television. Ima very big fun of this product as it allows for very smooth transitions between devices.

Works great and the smart feature is a definy plus. Mostly just use it as a switcher and it does not mess up att all. Cheaper switch like to cut out all the time but not this one!

I’ve owned a lot of universal remotes. Including the Logitech harmony series. The Caavo is my favorite universal remote to date. To me, it easier to set up and offers some good additional features. It’s seamless and blends in with my entertainment center well.

This is the best control center I have ever used for my entertainment systems. We absolutely love it and have gifted it and set it up for all my family. It couldn't be easier to use and is very reliable. Highly recommended, especially for such a low price.

I bought the Caavo control center to simplify tv watching. All of my devices and services work great with it. Now I just tell Alexa to turn it on and the rest is simple.

This is the answer to my entertainment system prayers. Easy setup. Combined everything into one remote like I wanted. Great 4k switch built in. Beats harmony hands down. Only slight negative is the remote. A number pad would have been awesome.

I love this caavo I have a sony with only with 2 4k HDMI spots and this caavo has four extra ports and the caavo makes the pic look great. And the sound is a lot better if you looking for a 4k HDR swicher with smart apps for movies this is for you .

This is the must buy product for this year it allowed me to replace a table full of remotes with one small remote that controls absolutely everything. The manufacture keeps it up to dates and frequently adds functionality to make it even better.

This is a clever product that works as advertised. Taking off a star for two annoyances 1 - you are basically forced to purchase a service plan, so take that into account on the purchase price. 2 - it won't control my TV for watching over the air TV. I have to get out my TV remote, which bugs me to no end.

The main reason I wanted this was to unite my older avr with my system. My main setup is Older smart tv connected to Xbox. Cable box goes through Xbox. I also have an Apple TV and Nintendo connected to the tv. I have a Logitech harmony 700 remote. A big issue I face is that when using the Xbox (and cable, since they’re connected) the sound goes through the avr, but when I swap inputs in the tv, I also need to change the sound to tv control. I waited a few days for my new hdmi to arrive (since it is not supplied and my spare was an oldie) & set up all my accounts with Caavo. Once everything was in place & tested and running, I did a voice search for a movie I own on Vudu. Over a minute later, it came up as available for sale in iTunes. I manually searched through the menus and found my movie. I also don’t have Netflix. I have amazon prime and when I made the buy, there was no support for deep search on prime. I also realized that setting up my avr with only an output hdmi just wasn’t happening. So, my dream of having all my sound come from the avr will have to wait until I upgrade. I wound up returning it and going back to my old system. I reprogrammed my harmony to control the sound from the tv for the peripherals properly. Most of what I do daily can already be controlled via the Xbox, which as of a few months ago is compatable with Alexa. I have a Kinect. I have a command. I tell Alexa goodnight and my whole system shuts down & all my smart lights shut off. It didn’t work with Caavo. Here’s the thing. It’s ancool idea. For someone with a different setup, and with cable and Netflix, this would be a win. For the sale price, it’s a great smart hdmi switcher. But for me, I still needed another remote with my setup.

Works great. Love only having one remote for everything we use- AppleTV, BluRay, Sonos, TV. Speech recognition is good, just takes a little time to train yourself what to say for voice command to get to what you want.

The Caavo is a great idea for using the Control Center HDMI Switch. However, the Remote is too small and needs more physical buttons for DirecTV and other multi-function sources. I ended up taking the Caavo back yesterday and bought the Logitech Harmony Elite Remote to tryout.

Universal remote that works with DirecTV set to rf ... Not fond of the recurring charge for features...but it is functional without it and I will be canceling the service portion when the trial ends.

Love it. Simplicity in setting up TV. Just one cable goes to TV. Other cables plug into CAAVO box.

Love Caavo. Having everything hooked up to one thing is great. Use the same remote for everything

This is one of the best systems on the market. You can control all of your devices with one remote. I my wife really loves this it's easy to use and she doesn't have to worry about 4 or 5 remotes.

I bought this as a X-mas gift. I am currently using one for my system, easy to setup and operate. This on screen guided you step by step. I purchased mine with the lifetime subscription.
