We use the hot water dispenser for tea, hot chocolate, and to add warm water to the dog food. The space inside is a bit small so we do put a lot of the overflow into an outside refrigerator. Lately, the system seems to be rebooting and when it does that, you can't use the water dispenser until it is back online. Oh, also the water filters are a little pricey. So, the fridge looks nice and meets our needs but if I were to do it again, I might look at other options.

The wifi setup is very helpful as you can activate the hot water to heat up and select the temp you want, so you do not have to even go to the refrig until it alerts you it is ready. The internal lighting is great. The shelves on the doors appear to be stronger and more durable than previous models. Ice makes makes ice quickly, because it is counter depth is does not hold a lot, but fine for two people. We use the garage frig for ice for larger gatherings.

Like the features, however have not taken advantage of dispensing the hot water yet. Filters appear to be expensive, however overall satisfied with purchase. Did not have initial great feelings because the water line was not connected properly.

Shame on us for not paying attention. Turns out, our new kitchen can only handle a counter depth fridge so we ended up getting lucky. This is not the first Cafe product we have owned. They are not cheap but we love this unit and quickly adapted to having a little less space. The two things I don't love (but are not deal breakers) #1 - ice machine cannot keep up with my 8 and 12 YO. By the end of the day there is not much ice left. #2 - the freezer is not huge but we knew that when we made the purchase. I would buy again.

So far it works great and we love the wifi feature on this one to heat water for tea.

I never received a call, want I did was an email saying my order was completed. I was thinking about returning it but didn’t get the opportunity. Also no receipt showing it was installed. Not the best first experience. Refrigerator is great!

This refrigerator get's the job done and keeps my beer cold. Which I don't have to tell my fellow cold beer lover's out there. What's better than an ice cold brew after a long hard day?

It’s the only one I’ve found that has the hot water dispenser. I drink hot tea and it is so convenient. And I love that I can use the app on my phone to control many functions and receive notifications.
