I love this refrigerator! It’s the only one I’ve found that has the hot water dispenser. I drink hot tea and it is so convenient. And I love that I can use the app on my phone to control many functions and receive notifications.

Refrigerator looks great and has good storage space given it is a counter-depth model. I love the in-door water and ice dispenser. We have not used the hot water feature much, but it is a nice addition. I was especially pleased with the delivery service. The men were quick, efficient, and, most importantly, careful. The removal of my old refrigerator and installation of the new went smoothly, and the delivery men were very professional. I am a happy customer.

Just outside of warranty (the short one year warranty) this refrigerator started giving us a nag screen asking is to connect it to wifi. And the nag screen won’t go away, and while the nag screen is displayed it won’t dispense water or ice. The touch screen randomly works. Really sad that an expensive fridge from a once great brand is absolute garbage. I’ll never buy another Cafe or GE product again in my life.

So far, the refrigerator is meeting our expectations. It's much quieter than the GE Cafe side-by-side that we used have. For our needs, the storage capacity is good. The water & ice dispenser works fine. The hot water dispenser is ok-Our InSinkErator there is no waiting for the water to heat--But it's a constant temperature, not adjustable like what's on the refrigerator.

This refrigerator is the first counter depth I’ve had so I didn’t realize how much room I would lose.
The freezer drawer is a bit difficult to open so I have to push against the frig door when I open the freezer to keep the frig from moving. Other than that, I’m happy with my purchase.

We replaced our monogram refrigerator with this one. It’s a beautiful fridge and gives us the counter depth look we needed for our kitchen, however the ice maker is super load & splashes all over the place. The ice maker is also very small. The crushed ice setting just churns & churns and splashes all over the place when ice comes out. The hot water dispenser is nice but takes too long to heat up a small 10 oz cup.
The Wifi setting does not seem to be working or linking up to the usb device when plugged in but gives a connected message. $3000 not worth the price. I did not want to purchase anything other than an American made product and GE is the only way to go.

I really loved this refrigerator with the exception that the ice cubes are small and it doesn't make a lot of ice. I bought it in September 2020 and it is now April 2022 and the ice maker is not working. It will only make a few ice cubes! I have replaced the filter twice.

Visually appealing fridge but not perfect

Aside from the awful delivery experience and breaking our water line - the fridge itself were partially satisfied with. It's probably not worth all that money but its American made and does look nice. No big issues yet but a few small things. The door handles aren't secured great to the fridge as my child pulled one right off! I was able to put it back on but none of the handles fit flush to the fridge. Hopefully no more pull off. The ice dispenser isn't designed perfectly and its easy to have ice flying to the ground. The commercial stickers on the outside leave a residue that's impossible to get off. And the stick ons inside the fridge are wavy and not completely secure. We can't complain too much but it's a little bit of a disappointment.

This thing is the bomb. By that I mean solid construction, beautiful to look at inside and out, and of course it does a superior job of keeping food cold. If you've ever had things freeze a bit in your fridge or get a bit soft in the freezer - you weren't using one of these. Trust me - this gets the job done, done well, and with STYLE.
Is the instant hot water a gimmick? Sure - but its a nice one from time to time. Is the ice bucket small? You bet - but this thing makes ice faster than Lake Erie wind in February. Awesome.
