Owned for 8 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.You can not use pods or liquid detergent in this dishwasher! only powder (it is like we live in 1970's) You need to use a rinse aid in the compartment that is very poorly accessible. No lights anywhere to indicate where you are in the cycle, unless you open it. It does not start by itself when you open it, you have to press start again. Even my 25 year old dishwasher had that feature. Normal cycle takes 2 hours to complete! No manual comes with it, you think for a machine this expensive you should get some information. The water collects and remains in the bottom dishwasher, and stinks over time, and the company says "it is normal"! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

For lingering odors or standing water, we recommend using a dishwasher cleaner such as citric acid, Cascade® Platinum™ Dishwasher Cleaner, or Finish® Dishwasher Cleaner to help remove buildup and maintain freshness. It’s been replaced 3 times in the first year. Starts in its own and stays locked until service technician comes out to unlock and replace. Less than 1 star. Avoid this product.

Not worth it

Didn't act fast enough for Best Buy to rectify they sent me to manufacturer. They came in and said it was out of warranty because it was old. Not happy with Best Buy for installing it to begin with and now I have to fight with GE.

This is a stunning machine that offers 6 Wash Cycles so you can go beyond the normal wash and drying cycles. This has Fast Dry, Sanitize and Ultra Dry options. It also features a Water Leak Sensor that prevents potential overflows for greater peace of mind. A water sensor cancels the wash cycle before a floor can occur and alerts you with blinking lights and a tone. The sound dBA level is really low at 46 dBA for the single drawer and 46 dBA for both. Posted .Thanks for sharing your concerns. To ensure the best wash and dry performance, the incoming water temperature must be a minimum of 120°. We encourage you to check the water temperature using a candy or meat thermometer placed in a cup. Turn the hot water on at the sink closest to the dishwasher and allow it to run into the cup until the temperature stops rising. Adjust your water heater if needed. We also encourage you to review the instructions online for cleaning the drain filter, filter plate and spray arm. If these suggestions don't improve the wash performance, please call Bodewell Service at 833-4BODEWELL (833-426-3393) to schedule a service appointment to have the unit checked by one of our highly-trained service technician.

If you find though after trying the troubleshooting that you are still having trouble, then we would recommend taking advantage of your warranty and reaching out to one of our service technicians to diagnose the issue.
