Best Buy is a great place to buy an appliance if everything goes properly. The moment something goes wrong, the finger pointing begins. By this I mean that when you call for help, departments in BB claim that they can’t help you because another department is in charge of that specific piece of your transaction. For instance, the Geek Squad doesn’t do the delivery piece, or the sales department doesn’t issue accommodations for BB errors. (That’s corporate.) I bought ovens on October 4th. The installation on these ovens was promised multiple times — and here it is Thanksgiving — and my personal Pennsylvania Oven Saga continues. Since I can’t post a picture of my elusive ovens, I thought I would upload a picture if the turkey that I had planned to cook in them on Thursday. Thanks Best Buy, i am very sorry to have inconvenienced you with all my phone calls where I asked help. I admit - sometimes I was more patient than others… but after so many slipped dates and just bull-bleep promises, I got a little human.

We got our Cafe Double Electric Wall Convection Oven in January 2025. I love this oven unit. I do a lot of baking, and my baked goods are always evenly baked. It preheats so much faster than my prior oven. Also, it is such a quiet oven even during the preheat and the cool down periods. I love the phone app that supports the ovens too. We visited some Model Show Homes recently, and they all had GE Cafe kitchen appliances intalled.

The Cafe has been an excellent upgrade. We find the screen and app helpful in creating settings and receiving notifications. The bonus is the air fryer feature. We have a stand-alone model, but having it integrated into the oven is both better and easier. Convention oven completes all the features we could possibly need. Was also really pleased with Best Buy’s services - from the preliminary measuring (to ensure perfect fit) to the speed and quality of the final installation.

Terrific value and worth every penny. Easy to use and heats up quickly. Easy to clean as well.

When I went into Bestbuy to shop for a wall oven I was greeted by a very helpful person who sold me on the unit because it had a long cosmetic extension at the bottom, but the one supplied is half as long as the one in the store. I am very disappointed about that. The unit works great though!

It fits in perfectly with our kitchen and it looks cool. It's simple to operate and while we haven't tried out all the features, so far everything works perfectly. The grids are much sturdier and easier to slide than our old oven. The display gives us a weather forecast, background pictures and facts about foods now that it's connected to the internet. That makes it fun.

So far I’m loving this oven. I had a 7 year old whirlpool that died and this was my replacement. Spent more on it than I originally planned, but limited stock everywhere directed me to this one. I’m not disappointed! I haven’t tried out all the features yet, but love the WiFi ability. It’s also much quieter than the old one. Best Buy came through when I needed them and delivered on time and a good product!

No issues after almost a year. Took a bit to get used the screen, but once you have an oven hooked to wifi no going back. I love turning it on remotely, love the notifications, it’s great.

Better the 2nd time around. They installed the first Oven and on the first time we cooked it would go into an error code. Technician came and wanted to replace the Motherboard and 2 cooling fans. I went to Best Buy and our sales person (shout out to Ivan) got us a brand new oven and this one is great. Wifi is really great. Buy it, hopefully not twice (Best Buy has your back).

Great oven. Really can see what you are cooking through the glass windows. Great feature. We needed an update.

This oven is great. Works like a champ. Heats up fast, remote wifi control, airfry that works. Nothing bad to say about it.

Great to have a full function oven with Bluetooth access from our iPhone and every feature you could ask for and just in time for the Holidays!!

Do not buy these ovens. Whoever designed the upper racks of this oven? They are cumbersome and actually dangerous to use and can't be replaced with regular racks like the ones in the lower oven. The supposed convection feature in the upper oven is a joke - no different than regular cooking. Preheat? Better have lots of time to spend waiting.

The installers did a good job. They had to make the opening a little wider for the new wall oven, but it worked out and looks good.
