    When I forst ordered these items I had to wait over a month as they were special order. The items which come in 3 boxes and the boxes which are about 30 inchs long and 6 inches wide would not ship to Hawaii. I used a third party shipper and the delivery date was changed to a saturday. Which the company is not open on Saturdays. The delivery was attempted and failed. I tried continually to reschedule the delivery online and it would not work. Items had to be reordered and delivered another month an half later

    Best Buy’s Call Center Sucks

    I have NOT received the item yet. I ordered over $11k worth of appliances in May and it’s been a fiasco. When you get the call center, they ask for your phone number in case you get disconnected. I’ve been cut off at least 3 times and no one has ever called back. I’ve explained the circumstances to at least 6 people, been told they are escalating the issue and I’ll get a call back, but no one has called. Once I got transferred to GE Appliances where they confirmed they have the handles, but they couldn’t assist me. I got transferred to the Parker CO store this past week where an associate figured out the issue and was trying to resolve it, but when I called back to get an update, I get the call center folks and I’m told there is no way to call the store. I’ve spent countless hours on this issue I’m totally fed up with Best Buy. I just want the final piece of my order.

    I could better determine how it looked if Best Buy would ever get around to delivering the stove; also beware-the installers do not attach the handles flush to the appliance and you may have to redo there work
