I was able to use some points to save a little. I ordered this well over a year ago and Best Buy never had it unavailable on their site, but I was told it was back ordered. Had to complete two separate online chats. The first person was not very helpful, however the second person knew what was going on and got the part into the store for pick up within 2 weeks. Overall, still a great product!
