The only drawback is the time it takes to heat up the water and the limited amount of water that actually heats up. Nevertheless, we are very happy with the build quality as well as the unit’s quietness.

It includes 2 humidity controlled half-width drawers, 3 spill-proof shelves, 4 split adjustable shelves and more to provide ample space for storing items. Also, the LED lighting is excellent! Less than effectively designed shelving and storage. The stainless finish is very difficult to keep clean. Due to supply shortages this was one of the few units available for immediate delivery. Hopefully this one will last longer than 3 years.

Love the shelf thst slides back to make room for tall items. I almost gave 4 stars because the ice maker is slow to churn out ice.

Slow ice maker

GE better than LG

It is replacing an LG that failed after only 4 years and could not be repaired after a month. GE actually has factory service, while LG uses third party insurance and service companies. There was a small issue with the freezer door gasket and the GE technician had the part on his truck. So, very happy so far.

Blue film for transport makes it look bad

Big issue with the amount of blue film that is practically impossible to peel off on almost all of the panels. Cafe microwave, range, and dishwasher didn’t have the same issue. Otherwise happy with size and operation, but I would not recommend.
